Enjoy a unique Tiny House that was designed and built on this very farm. "Dovolj | Dobro" is annexed off our 3acre Selah Gardens, which you will have access to. Nestled amongst gum trees overlooking a large dam, it is surrounded by native wildlife and grazing stock. A unique feature of this location is a walking track through our working farm to The Olive View Restaurant, with great food and amazing coffee. In keeping with minimum impact on the environment, it contains a composting toilet.

ELM - Yass

Built in 1895, this four room cottage has been lovingly renovated as a private guest wing of a larger property. This cosy cottage is close to everything, making it easy to plan your trip, wander the shops, galleries, the river trails and sites of Yass Valley or Canberra. If you love live music, local wine, whisky or gin, this is a great valley to explore. For fishing, bring your gear or boat for the river, the dam or a nearby lake. Our guests: couples, sml family/friends grp. No parties.

Nestled in the middle of a working cattle and horse farm in the Yass Valley, The Barlow Tiny House is the ideal place to relax, unwind and reconnect with nature. Enjoy this Tiny House in the countryside that makes a big statement. Hideaway in Wamboin. 15 minutes to Queanbeyan or Bungendore, close to wineries. Comfortable, private and separate studio unit (donga) with queen bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Tea's and Coffees available. Stargazing on clear nights, peace and quiet. This is a small space that is not suitable for long term rental. Note: after numerous suggestions as to temperature control, I have now installed reverse cycle air conditioning. Nearest shops are in Queanbeyan (15mins away)

Mystic Ridge Estate offers ‘StarGazer'. Be amazed by the breathtaking panoramic lake views as the property is situated on the west ridge overlooking Lake George. The lake bed is visible during the dry years and the lake will slowly reappear during wet years. The lake is currently the fullest it’s been in many years. You are encouraged to view it before it dries up again! We have three accommodation choices on the property so please check out the other two listings!

The Old Bookham Church accommodation has been lovingly restored to maintain the beautiful original features. The quality art and furnishings with the latest in kitchen and bathroom appliances make it the height of comfort and a unique place to stay. With a fenced garden this heritage accommodation is also pet-friendly. It is conveniently located close to the Hume Highway between Sydney and Melbourne. For those who are sensitive to traffic noise, we provide earplugs.

Nguurruu is a luxury two bedroom, self-contained barn in the middle of a working cattle farm. Where native grasslands stretch to the horizon, a river meanders its way gently between ancient hills and where a billion stars blaze at midnight. It's a place to unwind, relax and explore.

Our Very Comfortable Granny Flat is at the back of our main limestone fronted house. It is very private, has a enclosed courtyard and is walking distance to restaurants and cafes in Yass town. We are really just over the road from the Yass River and there are plenty of picturesque walking paths along the river. There are also other facilities close by including a dog park, swimming pool children's playground.
