We were staying in Marathon City for skiing at Granite Peak. It was the perfect spot for my girlfriend and I during our weekend away. The house is well appointed and was spotless. The kitchen was well equipped with all the essential cooking supplies and the rooms were outfitted with plenty of extra towels and blankets. The king size bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. We also appreciated the little decorations that made the place feel special. It was very convenient to have garage parking as well during the winter so no need to shovel snow off the car (we were there during a mini snowstorm that came through overnight). The host was very responsive and was quick to help us take care of a little issue we had with the WiFi one night. All in all a great place that I would recommend for couples as well as small families. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Granite Peak.

The house was BEAUTIFUL! The pictures did not do it justice. If you are looking for a place put of the way this is it. There is a cute grocery store about 10 minutes from the house. It had everything we needed. The hostess was very proactive in giving instructions and responding to messages. Thank you for a great stay.

Favian's Lake House is a perfect getaway place no matter the season. We visited during the winter and the house accommodated our large group well for a short weekend retreat. There were plenty of beds for all of us, there were a large array of kitchen tools to cook comfortably, and Pike Lake was beautiful to look out at for sunrises. We are definitely considering coming back for the summer months. Thank you!

My wife and I got exactly what we were looking for in this relaxing weekend in a beautiful cabin. Great way to disconnect and catch up on some much needed relaxation. Highly recommended!

Great stay and super close to rib mountain!

I would definitely stay there again. Wonderful home close to several towns and activities. Very clean and Ken and Sue are so responsive to anything you need, even things you don’t think you need like starting a fire in the fire pit! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! We were comfortable lounging, eating, and sleeping. The outdoors are very peaceful and the sun coming in the windows throughout the day was beautiful. Would love to come back in the summer!

We spent 3 nights at Aleksandra’s house while back in Wausau for a family funeral. The home was precisely as described and perfect for us and our two furbabies. It is nice to have an Airbnb that accommodates pets and is clean. Thanks for a great stay! We would definitely stay at Aleksandra’s again while in town to visit family.
