Of all of the other locations where I’ve stayed, this was the most well stocked. Host even provided emergency toothbrushes and toothpaste!!

Great experience, with a really friendly and welcoming host.

In the area to visit Salem and wanted to be by the ocean. Especially wanted two bathrooms to speed up prep time in the morning. The listing is cozy and clean and has everything. I have food allergies and wonderful listing's such as yours opens the opportunity to travel to families who travel with loved ones who cannot risk eating in some restaurants. Our 2nd time staying and just as happy as we were w the first time. Love the beach when it’s not crowded…and the condo is perfect for a couple’s getaway. Close to lots of good options, casino (the Brook) and nice and peaceful. Came for the sunrise eclipse, but too overcast w clouds, but didn’t dampen our enjoyment. Thanks again John for a nice little retreat and very reasonably priced! Cheers and see your place again soon I’m sure. Russ

The Condo is perfect place to start from, centrally located and mere minutes walking to whatever your interested it, entertainment, food/drink, and of course the beach! The space itself, clean and functional, lends to a comfy place to unwind after a busy day. Diana is a fantastic host who was always available. She communicated everything we needed and more when necessary.

We came for a few last dips in the ocean and show our 6yr the arcades, boardwalk and cirque at the seashell. this location is perfect because we were able to be close to activities but without the noise that sometimes comes with it. Our little one was happy and there for we are too. Thank you!.

Great location! We had a great stay. Only thing we didn’t expect is it was not two bedrooms just one bedroom on the main floor and an open loft which we made work but no privacy. Appreciated late check-out and so nice to have a washer and dryer to use. Paul was super quick to respond to any questions.

This was such a beautiful place to stay. Check in and check out were easy. Joanne was easy to reach and quick to respond. Place is in a beautiful location with so many places to eat within walking distance and Hampton Beach 8 minute drive. Joanne’s place was so clean and cozy. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay! Shirley was a responsive and kind host and we enjoyed staying here for three nights over the Boston Marathon weekend. Squeaky floors may make it tough to make a midnight trip to the kitchen or bathroom unnoticed, but everything else was perfect. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay! Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy to get to the city. Lots of space for the six of us to eat and relax together. Beautiful view of the Boston skyline just minutes walk from the place. Comfortable beds and soft sheets too! We also had no troubles parking nearby and leaving our car (for free) for our entire stay.

We recently stayed at this beautiful downtown Gloucester AirBNB for our niece’s wedding weekend and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect-right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to get to the wedding venue, the Beauport Hotel, and explore all that Gloucester has to offer. The two-bedroom unit was fully appointed with everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and plenty of space to relax. Our host was exceptionally helpful and attentive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and responding quickly to any questions. He was even kind enough to recommend places to enjoy breakfast and dinner. We highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable stay in Gloucester.

We stayed at Marian & Avanish's place for a spring trip in Boston and it was a wonderful experience! We were 4 people and the unit felt incredibly spacious and comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were sparkling clean, well-stocked and made you feel right at home! We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to future guests!

The home was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable. We appreciated being able to stream our favorite shows on the TV and the Keurig in the kitchen.

Was an amazing Place to stay. The area was outstanding with lots to do and very easy access to the train to get to and from downtown and other areas of the city. Will definitely stay here again! The parking spot was a huge plus!!

What a find! I came to Kristen's because some plans fell through last minute. Having never heard of Marblehead but keen to visit somewhere by the sea and easily accessible from Boston, wow did I get a pleasant surprise. It is absolutely beautiful there, I had to pinch myself - it was like living in a film! The apartment was absolutely perfect. I'd been staying somewhere a bit grubby and disorganised beforehand and Kristen's place was absolutely sparkling clean, I felt incredibly welcome and cared for right away. Furthermore, checking in early with my monstrous suitcase was no problem at all and the apartment is generously stocked with coffee, tea, snacks, a bottle of wine, cold drinks, a folder of local recommendations, comfortable, quality furnishings and linens, great lighting and more. This is what true hosting is all about if you ask me - making your guests feel as comfortable and welcome as possible and Kristen most certainly does this in spades.

Clean and good storage for a small space. Good location

We stay at Hampton Beach every year for a few days. This has by far been the best. It seemed we were at home. Copmmunication with the owner and the facility was exceptional.

The apartment was just as described. Very clean, next to the train station, very well furnished. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly. It is the second time I rent in this building with Johna as a host, two different apartments, both great. I definitely recommend this property.

Great stay at this condo in Hampton Beach! Very walkable location and stunning sunrises each morning. Will definitely come back.

Excellent place and hosts, highly recommended. Don met us in the place and showed us around and made us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful, extremely well stocked, and very comfortable. The location is great as it's very quiet but also very close to local amenities and the highway.

Lori’s place is “just perfect”!!! You can tell that a lot of thought went into arranging the studio and honestly, it had every amenity you could ask for and more!!! Her beautifully decorated condo did not feel small at all and we felt right at home, and we were thus able to relax and really enjoy our stay. The place was very clean, had new towels and linens, and her kitchenette and shared grill, even enabled us to cook a few gourmet meals. The king bed, in room Kurig, and comfortable deck bistro set added to our stay… as we were able to get a great night sleep, and enjoy the sea breeze each morning, while enjoying a fresh cup of coffee on the deck. Our family also loved the pool, and thanks to Lori‘s clear directions and recommendations on local places to eat, we had everything we needed to create a perfect vacation, with many wonderful memories. Thank you so much Lori for sharing your “perfect little hidden gem” with us, and we cannot wait to go back!!!

This was a lovely place to stay, very cute apartment with a killer view. Right on the beach and walkable to many activities and restaurants. Brenda was great, helpful and proactive communication very early on.
