Characterful sea view flat

Welcome! This beautiful old building sits above the old Lido in Margate, a short walk from the Turner Contemporary and Old Town. You can be on the beach in 3mins or sitting in one of Cliftonville's many beautiful cafes. My flat is light and airy with wooden floors throughout. A great weekend spot! Please note in winter this period building can get cold! so pack a jumper. There are also some bars nearby that open late. These can be a bit noisy on the weekends (if you’re not in the bars).

We call it SeaSeat because it’s hard to drag yourself away from watching the sea in the daytime or marvelling at the sunsets at dusk. Beautiful flat with six sea facing floor to ceiling windows. This is a Grade II-listed building with a rare outlook over gardens and out to sea. However, the facade and railing are in need of TLC. Don't be put off by the shabby exterior. Works are being slowly undertaken to renew the outside but this all takes time. The flat is not suitable for toddlers and young children as the windows open to the floor.
