Das Stadtzentrum von Mödling ist ungefähr 700 Meter entfernt.

This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Nuestro piso esta ubicado en el tercer piso de un edificio histórico del siglo XIV, accesible con ascensor. Éste cuenta con dos dormitorios accesibles por separado, un baño y un servicio, y una cocina que también puede utilizarse durante la estancia. Nosotros vivimos habitualmente en él y lo alquilamos cuando no estamos en Viena. La mayoría de las atracciones de Viena son accesibles a pie y el metro mas cercano (U2 Rathaus) se encuentra a 200m de distancia.
