The cabin was very warm and inviting. I loved that there were DVDs available with recommendations on what to watch and why. Everything was easy to use with instructions for use. We started the wood fire, which was amazing and warmed up the entire home. We were worried we would be too cold, but it was left the house at a perfect temperature. You could also adjust each room as needed. There were spices and little things you would usually forget to bring, which allowed us to make dinner with no issues. Everything was super clean. It felt like home right away. The area was also warm and welcoming. We went to one of the local restaurants recommended, where we were greeted by people from town. It was an amazing experience. Coming back to the city was hard after being here for the weekend. The cabin is also close to a waterfall which we walked to, totally worth the hike!

My wife and I (plus our dog) had a wonderful stay in this cozy cabin for the long weekend. It had just snowed a little bit the previous week, and our dog had a blast hiking the trails that are a short 5 minute drive from the cabin. There’s a fenced in yard that we didn’t use but seemed perfect for cookouts in warmer months. But we had a blast just playing board games and going for hikes nearby. We also enjoyed cooking one of the nights, the kitchen has everything you need. Above all, Nicole was so helpful and responsive leading up to the stay. She even let us check in early when I asked. Highly recommend for a couple looking for a cozy cabin stay, especially if you have a dog!

We were looking for a relaxing family getaway and that’s just what we got. Pine Mountain Club is quiet and calm with great hiking and beautiful star filled skies. The house felt really special with the back deck hot tub and exterior basement sauna. Plus our kids loved the toys, books, and video games provided. We had everything we needed though the house did feel a little bit tired. Lots of spider webs, peeling paint on the picnic table, games missing pieces (i.e. hungry hippos had no marbles), and noises throughout the night. It did not necessarily take away from the overall experience. We really enjoyed our time there. Just sharing so you won’t be surprised when you book it. We highly recommend this house for anyone with reasonable expectations!

We loved our stay (this is not something I expected to say about Bakersfield!) It was a quiet neighborhood. The house was sparkling clean and smelled wonderful. It was spacious enough not to be cramped but homey enough to spend time WITH your family. The jacuzzi worked right and the pool was cold but super fun and worth the plunge! The way they made the huge yard feel private and even tropical in some ways was just lovely! All the games worked and kept us old ladies entertained like kids (and while we didn't have any kids you should definitely bring yours because there is a cute child's bedroom with room for 3 littles with a few Montessori toys, a playground in the back and amenities for babies in the closet!) There were plenty of towels, the bathtubs were deep and the sheets were soft. We doordashed meals and everything was quick, the kitchen had everything we needed to serve, plus a lovely assortment of coffee for the mornings. The host was very accommodating and communacative!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The property and view are absolutely gorgeous, peaceful yet close to Los Olivos and all the wineries. The unit is spacious, clean and has SO many extra amenities - coffee, tea, toiletries, plenty of towels, they thought of everything you might need. Bed and linens so comfortable and huge TVs in both the living room and bedroom. We loved being able to use the hot tub under the stars. Our golden retriever was in absolute heaven being able to run around the fenced property and it was so nice that they let him use the pool too! We look forward to staying again.

We loved our stay! Shawnda was an exceptional host, providing clear instructions and a large number of ideas for things to do during our getaway. Some of the thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home included soothing music playing when we first entered, a yummy cheese plate from their restaurant, and a tasty bottle of wine made from grapes grown on the property. The location is perfect, providing a relaxing country feel while just a short walk from downtown. The most memorable part of our stay was the time we spent sitting in the yard with our drinks (coffee in the morning, adult beverages in the evening) while looking over the beautiful property, listening to the birds chirping, and hoping to be visited by Shawnda's mellow dogs and cat.

Peter was incredibly helpful, setting up everything we would need for the weekend before we even needed to ask. He was very friendly and professional, making the visit run smoothly without complications.

Vianny was an incredible hoast! Very quick to respond and very easy to talk to about any questions I had. The house itself was immaculate. It was so clean and tidy. The living room is so spacious with lovely furnishings. The pool area is very well maintained also. My family and I on several occasions mention how nice the place was along with the neighborhood! All 8 people in our reservation were thoroughly impressed with our stay!!!

Debra was such an amazing host!! She took my friends and I in during the fire evacuations in LA and was so helpful during our entire stay. She brought us fresh eggs from her friend's farm and gave us great recommendations for places to explore in the area. The cabin was so cute and cozy, we all felt so at home! Thank you Debra!!
