Cushioned bay window seat. Large spa-bathroom, "kitchenette" alcove, walk-in closet. 560 sq ft plus bath, closet & patio.

Located in the heart of the Sunset District, the Pacific Ocean and Golden Gate Park are within walking distance (as well as other parks like Pine Lake, Stern Grove, and the Reservoir Park). The Sunset is also home to many restaurants, coffee/boba shops, and bakeries. We are 2 blocks away from the L light rail line and the 29 bus, offering access to SF downtown, the zoo, and other neighborhoods.

The main front room can easily accommodate small gatherings. Cooking in the complete kitchen is a pleasure. With two bedrooms, this is ideal for a couple, two couples or families with middle-schoolers or teenagers. (For safety reasons, no children under 10 are allowed.) A block and half to restaurants and bars, etc. Surfboard/bike-storage friendly private room with free street parking. Please note this is not an apartment, so it has no proper kitchen. It is a room in our home with a private entrance and bathroom.
