Newly remodeled and nicely equipped upstair apartment. Close downtown Silverton and the Oregon Gardens. The kitchen has granite countertops with induction cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. A deep soaking tub and shower sets off the tiled bathroom with heated floors. Living room includes TV and internet, sofa and writing desk. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, dresser and spacious closet. The outside deck has a breath taking view looking toward downtown Silverton just 2 blocks away.

Come stay in your own cozy, rustic mini apartment, a little over 25 minutes from the Portland suburbs, and about 45 minutes from downtown Portland. Our home sits on two wooded acres. You'll have a private deck, private bathroom, private entrance, and private living space. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a futon/sofa in the living area that makes a twin-size bed. Check-in time is after 4 pm. Early check-in is possible, just contact us. No Smokers! One pet on approval, up to 45lbs.

Tiny House Guest Cottage one mile off 213 near Marquam. Remote, yet accessible. 10 minutes from Mt. Angel and Molalla. 15 minutes from Silverton. 18 minutes from Oregon Garden. Loft with King size bed and luxurious sheets. Two sofas downstairs can be converted into beds. Not suitable for children. Our secluded neighborhood offers the perfect area for walking, running, or bike riding, and the wineries of Dundee are so close! Be warned that we live on the edge of the forest. Owls, deer, raccoons, squirrels, possums, and foxes frequent our yard.

The stairs to the loft lead to a room where there is a comfortable queen-size bed and television. The downstairs area has a fully-stocked kitchen, dining area and living area with lots of windows to enjoy the view. There is also patio with a table and chairs and propane grill where you can sit and enjoy the view of the pasture and water, with beautiful trees scattered about.

Enjoy a well appointed private guest suite on an operating Thoroughbred horse ranch bordering on the Cascade foothills close to both Silver Falls State Park and the Oregon Gardens. The tranquil setting affords plenty of opportunity to savor the views from your private deck. And while unsupervised schmoozing with the horses isn't allowed, if you'd like we'll be glad to introduce you to some of the herd. You can rub elbows with equine royalty - the offspring of two Kentucky Derby winners!
