Tiny House Guest Cottage one mile off 213 near Marquam. Remote, yet accessible. 10 minutes from Mt. Angel and Molalla. 15 minutes from Silverton. 18 minutes from Oregon Garden. Loft with King size bed and luxurious sheets. Two sofas downstairs can be converted into beds. Not suitable for children. The Craftsman cottage is on a private 15 acre wetland providing excellent views of a wide range of birds and other wildlife. French doors open to a deck and huge yard that meets the wetland and walking path around the ponds. Less than 2 miles from the house, enjoy kayaking and walking the Luckiamute Landing Trails at the confluence of the Luckiamute, Santiam and Willamette rivers. Relaxed open design, vaulted ceilings, queen beds, wifi, smart tv with Netflix, full kitchen and coffee bar.

A-Frame Cabin: Picturesque view and cozy interior

Minutes from the outlet mall, a peaceful and cozy A-Frame, nestled in the trees overlooking a rippling creek. The stairs to the loft lead to a room where there is a comfortable queen-size bed and television. The downstairs area has a fully-stocked kitchen, dining area and living area with lots of windows to enjoy the view. There is also patio with a table and chairs and propane grill where you can sit and enjoy the view of the pasture and water, with beautiful trees scattered about.

Figment Farmhouse

Enjoy this charming 1950's farmhouse, situated on 150 acres of countryside. Within an easy drive of Carlton, McMinnville, and Dundee—it's an ideal location for the exploring the area's many offerings. The house is well-appointed and surrounded by abundant gardens, towering cedar and fir trees—plus, a flock of chickens, three heritage sheep, and our Bengal cats add interest to the place. We live on the property (next door) with ample privacy/gardens between our place and the farmhouse.

Romantic little cabin that is perfect for a couple to get away from it all! Come relax and enjoy your own personal hot tub on a private, semi-enclosed deck. One queen size, memory foam bed, heating/air conditioning, wall mount fireplace, outdoor sunken fire pit, high speed internet, large 8' projection screen for movies with great surround sound system, and a secondary covered parking area with a washing station for motorcycles are just some of the great amenities we have to offer.

Welcome. Need a place for a night or two or week or more? This may be right for you. Your space is about 2/3 of the house. Separate entrance leads to a private bedroom and bath, living and dining rooms, and a shared kitchen. See photo #17. I welcome people from the LGBQT community as well as people from other cultures. The house is located in a quiet, well-established neighborhood. If you're in town for a wedding, workshop, training, or business, this may be the perfect place.
