This property is a great get away but also not to far away from Chattanooga and and has an enormous amount of outdoor activity near by. This cabin sits directly on the Sequatchie River. Fish from your very on secluded beach, kayak down the sequatchie river or take a walk on the farm and pet some of our horses.

Mini Rock Fortress w/65" TV & Large Shower

Breathe in some fresh mountain air with a starry night view in this private tiny cottage on Signal Mountain. Nice 65" flat screen TV in bedroom & large tile shower in bathroom. Bathroom is a shared bathroom 30 ft down walkway (see photos) from the fortress. Check in is anytime after 5 has digital code entry. Ceilings in the fortress are lower than 7 ft and is 260 sq ft large. The mudroom/bathroom has high ceilings & is 110 sq ft so combined it's 370 sq ft. Open backyard for pets.

This 250 sf tiny home has a kitchenette ( sink, microwave and mini fridge) a dining table and queen size bed, in one large room. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet. Built originally in the 1870's, the restored Moonshine Runners Cabin sits tucked right near downtown Tracy City with easy access to Fiery Gizzard, Dutch Maid Bakery, and the Grundy County Historical Society. The rustic cabin is surrounded by shady trees and native bushes with a waterfall and pond under construction! 50 yards away is the mountain goat trail. Access for biking and walking. Only 2 vehicles are allowed at each cabin, no trailers, boats or campers are allowed due to parking. we have built a small community of treehouse -cabin on the side of the mountain close to Nickajack lake also part of the Tennessee River. we are almost a mile from interstate 24 and only around 19 miles to downtown Chattanooga.
