Da Knob on Lake Independence

Enjoy beautiful Lake Independence 25-30 miles NW of Marquette, MI with a 3-bedroom lake cottage right on the southside of the lake with a sandy beach (217 ft) and dock. Pontoon not included, but there is an open boat slip on our dock (mid-June through mid-October). 2 kayaks are included. Some of the best UTV and snowmobiling trails along with backcountry snowmobiling in the U.P. are right in your backdoor. Fish for walleye, perch, pike, and bass on Lake Independence in the summer or winter!

Pictured Rocks Cottage

Our cottage is across the street from the South shore of Munising Bay, next door to Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore with Lake Superior kayaking, biking, hiking, ORV and snowmobile trails, and multiple waterfalls nearby. For hikers, the North Country Trail passes by the font door. A public fishing pier is across the street at the mouth of the Anna River. Close to restaurants, the beach, and fishing. Great base camp for Ice fishing on Lake Superior right across the street. Sorry no pets!

Our cozy Lake Superior Beach House is located 15 minutes from downtown Marquette or 30 minutes from beautiful Picture Rocks National Lake Shore. It is just a short walk up the beautiful, wooded path to your own Lake Superior Beach! In the Winter, snowmobilers will find trail 417 a stone throw away. Beautiful, cozy in all seasons, two bedrooms, spacious kitchen, and comfortable living space. This place has everything you need for a quiet getaway on the magnificent shores of Lake Superior.

Bluegill Cottage on Big Shag Lake

Classic UP Cottage on Big Shag Lake. 20 mins from KI Sawyer Airport, 35 mins from Marquette, 1 hour from Munising. Enjoy fishing off the dock, paddling around the lake, swimming and a Sauna! 12' aluminum row boat, a two person paddle boat, two sit on kayaks, a SUP, and a kids kayak included. Big Shag Lake is an all sport lake that is perfect for swimming, fishing and boating. There is a public launch, bring your boat! Enjoy fantastic sunsets on the deck and stargazing after dark.

The River House

The River House is a two bedroom cottage on the Chocolay River in Marquette, Michigan. It is adjacent to a bike path and walkway that runs through Marquette County, along the shore of Lake Superior. This cozy cottage has a deck and sun room with a view of the river, and is close to beaches, marinas, and the beautiful city of Marquette. The River House is a comfortable, peaceful retreat. Out of respect for our neighbors, we cannot accommodate snow mobiles on the property.

Our cottage is nestled in one of the many small coves and inlets that make up Lost Lake, a private, sand-bottom lake that's great for swimming and watersports. We're just 10 miles south of downtown Munising - the gateway to Pictured Rocks; we're surrounded by hundreds of miles of roads and trails which boast amazing fall colors; and we're just 3 miles away, as the crow flies, from the Buckhorn Resort and snowmobile Trail 7. Our location is perfect for playing year round!

The Funky Beach House

A comfortable, fun, art filled cabin on the shores of Lake Superior.......featuring a beautiful sand beach, right outside your door. Sleeps 6 (Larger groups may be possible), full bath, full kitchen.....decorated for a whimsical vacationer. Ample outdoor space, in a quiet private setting. Please note, that during all of July and August, we only accept Weekly Bookings....Sunday through Sunday.

The Captain's Residence: Lighthouse & Lake Views!

Welcome to the Captain’s Residence! This unique historic rental is located on the grounds of Lighthouse Park in Marquette, Michigan, a small peninsular park that juts out into Lake Superior and is capped by the iconic red Marquette Harbor Light. This property is surrounded on three sides by Lake Superior and is the easternmost home in the City! Historically, this home was the residence of Coast Guard Captains of years past until the property was given to the City.

Newer one room cabin on quiet, sparsely populated, 23 acre lake is your base for a long list of adventurous possibilities in the great north woods! Stay here & relax or enjoy the Nicolet Nat'l Forest, Spread Eagle Chain of Lakes or ski nearby! Plenty of hunting, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, opportunities in surrounding area. Kayakers Cove

Clean furnished Munising Bay front view. 100ft. off water. Our home has high speed fiberoptic internet, satellite and netflix. Cabin is furnished with linens, full kitchen and fire ring in the back yard. Washer and dryer ins basement. Separate tv's feeds up and down. Propane bbq on deck. Pets must be requested at booking. EV and diesel vehicles are charged $10 a day to plug in. No guests can be added later. Thank you kindly.

The SUPERIOR Life Cottage

This private & cozy modern cottage is a true home-away-from home. Completely renovated in 2017 and just up the driveway (past the main house) from the shores of Lake Superior, it's the perfect place for families and those looking to take in all that Upper Michigan has to offer. Just under 10 miles from downtown Marquette is where you will enjoy local breweries, fresh Lake Superior whitefish, shopping and a variety of local cuisine.
