Perched on a gentle incline, the Writer’s Retreat feels private and tucked away among the trees. Just minutes’ drive from beaches and a short stroll to the charming center of Wellfleet. Unwind at our on-site SeaRose Spa, w/ a hot tub, saunas, & massage therapy (special guest rates) — part of our BnB property, which also includes two guest suites in the main house.

Relax in this comfortable and newly renovated beach cottage in Green Harbor Village. 15 to 20-min walk to beautiful Burke’s Beach in Green Harbor and a 10 minute drive to Duxbury Beach! 5 minute drive to Green Harbor Golf Course and 15 minutes to downtown Plymouth and downtown Scituate. Nearby restaurants include The Point, Mama Mia’s, Haddad’s, and Green Harbor Lobster Pound. Walking distance to the Coffee Shack for your morning coffee and Green Harbor General Store for sandwiches and more.

Oceanfront Sunrise Shack @ Brant Rock Beach

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Walk off the deck down to the beach for the day, hit the outdoor shower then grab dinner and drinks from one of the many neighboring restaurants. Located right in the middle of Boston (30 minutes north) and Cape Cod (30 minutes south) we are all about the outdoor entertaining here at the sunrise shack or our favorite take the party down to the beach! We have a cooler, chairs, table and some kids toys for you to bring to the bring if you’d like.

Quintessential Humarock Beach cottage just steps from the ocean. Wake up to sea breezes, enjoy sunset walks along the shoreline, and experience one of the South Shore’s most relaxing coastal escapes. Perfect for both relaxation and adventure, the cottage doubles as a sports haven with a beach volleyball court and includes use of kayaks and paddleboards for exploring the coastline and the river. Spend your days on the sand, in the water, or unwinding on the deck as the ocean breeze rolls in.

Looking for the quintessential Salem stay? Look no further! The main bedroom is designed to get you in the Salem spirit, with its dark gothic decor. Take a reading break in the adjacent room, outfitted to look like a Victorian British library. A spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, and full bath complete this lovely property. Enjoy parking in a driveway in the typically-packed city. We are just a quick and enjoyable 12-minute walk to Essex street and all that downtown has to offer!

Tiny Farm House on a Horse Farm

Set in a quiet cul-de-sac at the end of our driveway, this tiny house is part of our family compound and working horse farm. We have many animals. Enjoy your space, knowing we are just 50 yards away should you need anything. This is a true tiny house experience. The kitchenette has everything you need. The sleep loft is accessible by a ladder and has a low ceiling. Disclaimer there is no door on the toilet, which is tucked away in the kitchen area. WiFi connection is not guaranteed.

Relax and unwind at our cozy beach cottage! Walk .5 mile to Old Rexhame beach and return to an outdoor oasis equipped with outdoor shower, grill, playhouse and comfortable sectional couch under a sun shade. The yard is family and pet friendly with a secure privacy fence. Help yourself to the beach wagons, coolers & boogie boards. Bedrooms have room darkening blinds and a mini split provides air conditioning that cools the entire house for a restful nights sleep.

Charming 1800 Historic Farm House Modern Amenities

This home was built in 1800. One owner, Charles Hatch operated a stage coach business here. The Marshfield historical society still has his original coach. This home is right on rte. 3A, close to the center of town and just 7 minutes to the highway and just under 4 miles to Rexhame beach. It sits on one and a half acres, with established Maples and a giant twin Oak, plenty of space to roam. The deck overlooks a beautiful garden and has a view of the barn.
