We had a great experience. Shauna's house was beautiful with open living room concept, great backyard and the Game room was amazing. Would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect Cape cod escape.

We had an awesome stay. The entertainment center in the basement complete with an air hockey table / table tennis, arcade and massage chair were hits for adults and kids alike!

My friends and I had a great weekend at James's place celebrating my bachelorette party! It was the perfect house for a group of us to enjoy playing games in the speakeasy lounge, hanging out on the comfy couch, cooking in the kitchen, and doing crafts at the big dining room table. All of the finishes were modern and beautiful, and we were lucky enough to have a sunny day to enjoy yoga in the backyard.

We loved our stay here! The house is beautifully designed with so much care and detail, it has such a cozy vibe. The beds were very comfy, and we really appreciated the attention to small details, like some snacks waiting on the counter at check in, and a Brita for water. Our pup felt right at home too, thanks to thoughtful touches like treats and waste bags. The backyard was awesome— great space to hang out and relax. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Easy check in and check out instructions, and Andre was so kind and accommodating. We’d definitely stay here again and totally recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This place is such a gem! Great location if you want a little peace and quiet but also easy to get to Edgartown or OB for some fun, The property has an amazing yard where we played various sports, grilled and definitely enjoyed the hot tub! Inside is just as described in the listing. And the hosts were super communicative and helpful. Would definitely highly recommend!!

What a beautiful clean, spacious home. My children and grandchildren had a wonderful time. A quick trip to Nantucket was a blast. The host was so easy to communicate with and wanted us to enjoy and not worry about cleaning after we left. I highly recommend this beautiful home. We will definitely come back.

This house was stunning! So beautiful and more than enough space for our group of 10. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re going to Cape Cod. It was a quick drive for us to bars/ restaurants/ stores, and a great house to stay in and entertain.

The cozy venue is beautifully located, offering all the comforts of a small Cape Cod cottage on the salt marsh. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, ensuring that everything was available for a comfortable stay and making themselves accessible at any time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a super unique, peaceful retreat that has convenient access to endless activities. The property is situated in a unique, serene location with easy walking access to local parks and a variety of quality restaurants. The water is perfect for paddling to explore the large area of connected coves. It’s a short distance to the Cape Cod Canal Railroad Bridge and the canal trail. There's little need to leave the property but there is much close by to explore. I'm looking forward to returning to experience everything again, and maybe, experience and discover even more next time.

Thank you to our wonderful hosts at the Onset Compound for an incredible stay! The home is located in a picture perfect waterfront setting with all of the amenities a beach house offers. The hosts recommended some great restaurants and things to do that kept us busy all weekend. The home is sparkling clean and we felt right at home!

excellent place to stay. it was walking distance to the wedding we attended. literally on the water, private beach access and walking distance to downtown falmouth! the place was clean but had some clutter. would absolutely stay again!!
