This 2 bedroom 1 bath house was originally built in the 1940's in downtown Austin. We had it moved to our property a few years ago and have completely remodeled it. It sits on a 1 acre lot and now is walking distance to the new 45 toll road extension which has a hike and bike trail along side of it. This road is now complete and will make for a quicker commute into Austin. It takes approximately 20 min. to downtown Austin or 1 hour to downtown San Antonio.

Little House on the Blanco @ Shade Ranch is a one bedroom one bath stone house on 40 acres nestled along the Blanco River among the mighty oaks of the TX Hill Country. The house is fully stocked with kitchen supplies, linens and paper products and soap. The house is set up for a couple or a small family of no more than 4 people. We ask that no more than 3 adults stay given space and septic constraints.

The Caroline is a beautifully preserved colonial house nestled in the heart of Lockhart, Texas. Built by famed architect T.S. Hodges in 1910, The Caroline was recently renovated with all new furnishings including an industrial catering kitchen complete with Viking appliances, an in-ground heated pool with fountain feature, and an expansive, dreamy, screened-in porch.
