Situated on a working cattle farm, this charming 100 year old Queenslander makes for the perfect country getaway. Renovated in the 90's the Blair Downs farm house is in the perfect location for those looking for a quiet weekend away, or anyone looking to explore the beautiful Noosa hinterland. A half hour drive to the beaches and restaurants of Noosa, 10 minutes from the peaceful Lake Cootharaba, and quaint township of Boreen Point, an hours drive to Rainbow Beach and two hours from Brisbane.

Mary River farm cottage

The Cottage has one bedroom with a queen bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom and a small kitchen, with a gas BBQ on verandah. Its suitable for a small family. It has Air-con. The farm has a herd of cows and some cultivated fields. There is a kilometer of Mary River frontage with bird, rare lungfish, frogs and platypus. There are large areas of scenic bush walking. Our place is dog friendly, but prefer the dog to stay outside in the secure enclosure on verandah.
