We are situated on a quiet street, minutes walk or drive to parks, trails, restaurants and pubs. Our location is an easy drive in and out of Corner Brook. We would love for you to stay whether it is for a shopping trip, a getaway to ski, snowmobile, hike, doctor's appointment or short stay work arrangement. From here, you can catch one of the most spectacular sunsets on the island!

A spacious but cozy apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is close to Murphy Square, Marble Mountain, the downtown core and the Corner Brook Plaza. This unit is a private apartment in the lower level of my home. There is some noise transfer between the dwellings. There are a number of stairs to the unit. The unit has a washer and dryer. Parking in driveway is available. There is an EV charger for conditional use. Weekly and monthly discounts available.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Catch the sunset at this fully equipped 2 Bedroom modern and cozy Biscuit Box style home with an Oceanview. Close to downtown Corner Brook where you can walk within 20 mins to local Craft Brewery's and amazing dining. A large, fully equipped kitchen and a Washer and Dryer for your use. As with any traditional Biscuit Box the bedrooms are upstairs. In winter studded tires are needed.
