Serenity @ Scamander is a 1 bedroom privately owned unit in a bush setting. It's location and outlook is a feature which includes both the Scamander River and the stunning coastline. The unit is part of our property which privately sits below our residence with private entrance and plenty of car parking. The unit comprises of 1 bedroom with bathroom/laundry and a separate toilet. A well equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge space/TV area with single sofa bed. WIFI ☑️

The beach house faces north to get all day sun and is very sheltered, there are two decks to sit and enjoy the sunshine and a refreshing drink.

We live next door in a new house, but the Studio has been positioned to ensure your privacy. You have your own beachfront spot to relax on a deckchair. Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach.

Spacious self contained cottage on a working cattle and prime lamb farm. Other farm animals include, friendly dogs, chooks, horses and a noisy donkey! Perfect location to set up as a base for NE Tassie adventures. Check out my guidebook.
