The place fit our needs perfectly, close to where the venue was for the wedding and stores nearby for the things we forgot. Communication was awesome and all of our questions were answered usually within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again if our travels see us back in Omaha. This was a large beautiful home with a ton of character. We were in town for a wedding and wanted to stay together as a family instead of at a hotel so we could hang out after putting the kids to bed. This was an awesome house for our situation, having tons of beds/upstairs bedrooms. We were able to fit our entire family and separate the kids from the noise on the main level! We were so grateful to find this place that fit our needs perfectly. It was a very well taken care of place and made our stay work out perfectly!

The home looks like is lovely and looks just like the photos. The location was great, we were able to walk to the Woods Tennis Center and enjoy near by restaurants. The host was responsive and check in was easy.

Absolutely blown away by how great this place was! The cabin was very cozy, and the walking trails were a delight! I'd recommend using the trails for xc-skiing in the wintertime! The cabin is far enough from Omaha that you can see quite a few stars (with clear skies and the right moon-phase), yet close enough we were able to venture back into town to get some groceries. Before we even left we decided we want to return sometime in the next few months, the cabin was that charming!

Jacy was a wonderful host. She provided all the details I needed before I needed them and was very responsive to any questions or comments I had. The house was lovely, and she had put out toys for my littles which they loved. Highly recommend.

Six friends met here for the second time - first time in 2021 (college friends who meet annually). We found it peaceful and comfortable. More wonderful memories for us!

We had so much fun at your beautiful home!! I’m sure it would have been even more fun if it was the right time of year for swimming but maybe we will be back!! The house is spacious, clean, and includes all the extras! There’s plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate a large group. We loved the pool table, playing ping pong, being able to listen to music, play games, and have two TVs when we couldn’t agree on which football game to watch! :) The kitchen was well stocked and everything labeled. I forgot garlic and was relieved to see that some of the staples were provided! Thanks for making our family Christmas memorable!! The Christmas tree even made it feel more festive. Brandy is super responsive and everything went smoothly!! Thanks for accommodating our request!! Highly recommend!!!

Amy's home is cozy, comfortable and immaculately clean. The kitchen was well equipped except for a spaghetti serving spoon I needed, but I improvised. Our dogs enjoyed exploring the private, fenced in backyard. The stairs to the basement are directly across from the backdoor. When we first got there, we let our dogs into the backyard. In my dogs' excitement to explore the house, one of them leaped from the step on the enclosed patio straight across to the basement stairs. It was dark and I'm sure he thought he was running into a room instead of stairs. My heart jolted as I heard him tumble down the stairs. Thankfully, he was fine, but he had no further interest in the basement. The house is a short drive to Bellevue, where my husband had business for the week. I appreciated the desk from which I could work remotely. There are quite a few stairs to get to the front door and to keep in mind if you're bringing multiple bags. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Amy's Baby Blue!
