Read a book from our Tree Library while you enjoy your private propane fire pit and bbq… Nearby, rent an e-bike in Quincy. Visit lakes, fire trails to hike, quad, bike, or horseback ride. And best? This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.

Time to getaway to our newly renovated A-frame in the Lake Almanor Country Club! This cozy cabin features 2 bedrooms plus a loft making it the perfect spot for your family & friends. Here- you'll be a 5 minute drive to easy lake/dock and beach access and all the amenities the Country Club offers, golf, pickleball, tennis courts, restaurants & more! The adorable town of Chester is a 15 minute drive where you'll find shops, thrifting, cafes, restaurants and Timber House Brewery.

Keddie Wye House

Based at the foot of the world-famous Keddie Wye Trestle, this historic 1906 home offers custom woodwork and attention to detail throughout. Outside you will find extensive decks, private river access, and exquisite landscaping. The property borders the National Forest with exclusive trail access leading to your own private swimming holes. You will enjoy your own unique view of the world famous Keddie Wye. House is only 7 miles from the Quincy.

Storybook Suite

We are a pet-friendly dwelling and welcome all pets who have good house manners. As we do live upstairs with 3 pets - there will be some footsteps from time to time. This unit stays nice and cool in the summer and there are heaters to keep warm in the winter. There is lots of space to socialize and a full kitchen to utilize. Whether traveling for work or pleasure - The Storybook Suite will provide a cozy mountain farm retreat.

This newly constructed tiny-home cottage sits on the Fin ‘n Feather Ranch, a private location in the middle of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Found in Meadow Valley, between Bucks Lake and the small town of Quincy, enjoy local lakes and rivers for fishing, kayaking, and swimming. Access to the High Sierra Music Festival, world class biking and golf, and The Pacific Crest Trail.
