This is the second time my family and I stay and this place. It’s a great location with a few pools to choose from whenever you want to go for a swim. Specially if you have little ones, this is the ideal place. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location right next to the pool and beach access. It was easy to get to every place we wanted and the parking was right next to the building. I spent most evenings on the patio with the gorgeous view of the sea, listening to the water. So relaxing! When there was an electric outage across the island, Josue let us know up to date news. He had just installed a backup generator that lasted 7 hours with low usage. When it ran out, he came and installed a backup battery and brought 3 low electric usage fans (they were excellent!) … all within 20 minutes. An outage was exactly what I worried about - the baby had refrigerated medicine - but Josue was immediately responsive. No need to worry because of all the backup systems Josue had in place including his immediate responsiveness. The apartment had beach toys, chairs, an umbrella, pool floaties … just everything you could need to be comfortable. We hope to come back!

Alli’s place was just as expected. Lots of little things left for you to make the first day easy like trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and toilet paper. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach. We had power outage issues (as did all of PR) but Alli and Derek were very responsive to help us navigate. They are very knowledgeable of the area. Our kids loved the experience. No issues with security. A short drive from the airport to give you the feeling of not being in “the city” but still close enough to everything you need.

Our family of seven, including three children and two grandparents had a great weeklong stay here. The first floor location, right next to the pool and playground were perfect for our group. The unit looks exactly like the pictures and had everything needed for a beach vacation - beach chairs, bag chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler, etc. We enjoyed the beach at the end of the complex and a couple of nearby beaches with calm water for the kids and older adults. The market right outside the condo at the main road had many of the essentials we needed and we were able to pick up everything else at the walmart about 20 minutes away. The location is perfect for those wanting to spend time at the rainforest, beach and old san juan. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay here - the apartment is nicely designed and well maintained, very comfy beds. The community was awesome!! Loved the pools + the private beach access is a big plus. The 24 hour security (at the community entrance) was really nice, too... overall - a really great choice for families. Jaime & team were super communicative and made sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. We really appreciated all of the extra 'touches' (beach towels & chairs, coolers, pool toys, etc.) - super convenient and made for a few really great pool & beach days ;)... thank for Jaime & team for everything, highly recommend!

I would stay here again as I have visited Aquatika before and love it. What we did not know and found strange after the fact, is that the entire complex has no generator. There was a major power outage through out the island and had to manage for the night. This was out of the host's hands obviously and thankfully it was only for one night. If it had been for the 72 hours which was projected it would have been even worse. We did however, get compensation for that night which helped us. The host was very accommodating and was very quickly to check in with us. The pools were great and the beach access was really nice. It's centrally located but tucked away as well. The apartment was clean and plenty of beach, pool and other items for enjoyment. The grill is electric, easy to clean and works pretty good.

We were glad to book this place with Fredy and Suany. Got there at 4 pm, the place was ready on time. Very private, clean, spacious place with breathtaking views of mountains and ocean. The lockboxes are mounted on the parking lot concrete blocks!! There are 2 parking spots for this apartment-and they are not close by!! There is a private beach for the complex that is quiet. Please read the beach conditions for Puerto Rico. Stores close by, also large supermarkets in 7 miles. Don’t forget to get a Pizza takeout from D&D pizza nearby-thin crust (fine crust) with Pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño :). Check out local bakeries (La Familia) for breakfast fun! Close to both San Juan or tropical forest hiking!!

We took a Bachelorette trip to Puerto Rico and stayed in Elizabeth’s home. It was very spacious and practical. She supplied everything we needed including towels, sunscreen, bug spray, bathroom necessities, and very comfortable beds. Being able to sit and watch the ocean from the backyard was incredible. We didn’t have anything that didn’t work or any negative experiences! We definitely hope to be back in the future!

Emmanuel was a wonderful and very accommodating host! The location and amenities were amazing. Highly recommend.
