The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Ofrece impresionantes vistas panorámicas al mar e interiores elegantes con detalles como vigas de castaño, azulejos tradicionales y comodidades como aire acondicionado y televisores inteligentes. Toques únicos, como baños renovados con piedra vista y un lavabo de 200 años de antigüedad, añaden carácter. La propiedad también cuenta con una terraza y un patio, ideales para disfrutar del impresionante paisaje costero y cenar al aire libre.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.
