Lovely mini break away for two nights. House is very nicely decorated, spacious clean and has everything you need! Mary is a fabulous host and was only a message (or doorbell) away for anything you needed. Highly recommended to all 5* xxx

Micheal was a great host! He was very responsive and addressed the few issues we had in a timely manner. The house was very clean and spacious and felt like our home away from home. I would have given this a full 5 star, but the off street parking was just kind weird for us, was a bit of of a distance, and just didn’t do it for me. Will consider this property again when next in the UK.

Beautiful cottage! Jan was responsive and helpful to our requests. Spent just one night for a wedding but will go back. The cottage is beautiful and Jan left an unexpected welcome basket. Would definitely recommend

Siamo stati a casa di Temmy per una vacanza a Londra e dintorni. Consiglio di noleggiare la macchina per spostarsi. Spesa da Morrisons. La casa di Temmy è pulita e rispetta le foto. Molto comoda ed accogliente soprattutto quando la sera si rientra a casa dopo aver passato la giornata ad esplorare la città di Londra che è molto frenetica. Temmy è una persona deliziosa, molto accogliente e disponibile. Consiglio questo alloggio.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Doppelhaushälfte in Rochester sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und verfügt über einen großen Parkplatz direkt in der Einfahrt – super praktisch, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge: Canterbury erreicht man in ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto, und nach London kommt man je nach Zugverbindung in 30 bis 60 Minuten. Auch Dover ist nur eine Stunde entfernt. Wir haben sogar einen Tagesausflug nach Cambridge gemacht – die Fahrt dauert zwar etwa zwei Stunden, aber es lohnt sich definitiv. Das Haus selbst ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. An kühleren Abenden haben wir den Elektroofen genutzt, der schnell Wärme spendet und zuverlässig funktioniert. Insgesamt ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um den Südosten Englands zu erkunden – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Super Gastgeber, die Kommunikation und Abwicklung liefen super einfach. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Stella has a fantastic two bed apartment here with wonderful views out to the water. Everything is within walking distance whether that be shops, pubs or just a nice stroll along the coastline! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Kent and get the best of both worlds being so close to the station and city but also being on the doorstep of so much greenery and countryside. Stella was fantastic as was her assistant Natasha.

Very clean abd comfortable space, well stocked with glass ware, cutlery et cetera. Very communicative.

The flat is perfect for a stay for one or two people for a short break in Rochester. It's is easily walkable to and from the station and easy to find. It was peaceful but near the centre, the castle, cathedral and river with an incredible number or eateries nearby. The instructions for getting in were clear with no problems and the key box easy to use. (I have fought with a couple in the past!) The flat itself was spotless with all the amenities you need. There was plenty of kitchen equipment and Linda left milk, tea and coffee. My only note of caution, was it was up 3 flights of stairs which was easy to manage but I did have to take my bags (I don't travel light so had two ) one at a time. I would highly recommend this most comfortable flat if staying in Rochester

Very helpful, very good with communications. Flat was ideal for our needs, two good size bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen. Handy places to eat and drink nearby and Rochester was only 15 minutes drive away and great road links to London and all areas of Kent.

Phantastic flat, our family liked it very much, immaculate, modern, clean & comfortable, the best Airbnb we've come across in England so far ... highly recommended.

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

Great place and very clean

Looked exactly like the pictures, Debbie gave very clear instructions on how to retrieve the keys, very responsive. I had booked on extremely short notice and she was able ti respond very quickly and sort it out. I enjoyed my stay very much and hope to be back soon.

If you’re looking for somewhere central this is a great choice! Very central. Shop opposite and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Excellent place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were super comfortable and the flat decoration was modern and with good amenities. Communication was excellent with clear instructions and the location of the property was perfect, close to Strood station. Dan was approachable, flexible, responsive and kind. Highly recommend staying here!
