LASPI is a hospitality project that consists of two villas, equipped with all you need to take a break and escape the noise. It is literally built by the sea. Enjoy the sound of waves night and day. This is House 1 and we all it Petres (after the greek word for stones) A 150m² villa with a private swimming pool and a spectacular view of the Saronic gulf. Enjoy the view of sea and coastline while you wake up, from our 4m high bedroom windows.

The house is idyllically situated in an 1100 metre olive grove,approximately 150 metres from Megalopotami village and 750 from the sea. An odor of Mediterranean exrtaordinaryscrub , the chanting of the cicadas. It is a two bedroom detached house with a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding landscape. There is a delightful grill for barbecues. Special advantage: three times a week delivery of freshly baked bread from the local bakery.

There is a beautiful view over the sea and the apartment can accommodate up to 8 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is air conditioning units. Traditional 1915 build cottage on a plot of land full of pine trees by the sea with direct access to a semi private beach, 10 minutes from Poros center by car. Within a 2-minute walk is the love bay which is one of the most famous organized beaches of the island.
