Este apartamento recién reformado, soleado y tranquilo tiene una superficie de 75 metros cuadrados, habitaciones de alto (3,30 m), está en el cuarto piso (con ascensor), y dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, como conexión gratuita a internet (Wi-Fi) de acceso, el uso gratuito de un ordenador y la televisión por cable. El apartamento consiste de un vestíbulo, una sala de estar (con zona de trabajo), un dormitorio, una cocina, un baño y un aseo independiente. El dormitorio está equipado con una cama king size (180 cm x 200 cm) y mucho espacio de almacenamiento para sus pertenencias en un armario y una estantería. Se proporcionará ropa de cama fresca. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todas las comodidades y electrodomésticos (cocina, horno microondas, cafetera, hervidor eléctrico, tostadora, nevera, congelador, lavavajillas, lavadora, lavaplatos, etcétera). Vajilla, ollas y sartenes están disponibles, así como todas las cuberterías necesarias. La sala de estar cuenta con un amplio y cómodo sofá, una mesa pequeña, un aparato de TV (flat screen LCD, 120+ canales) y una zona de trabajo. La zona de trabajo ofrece acceso gratuito: una PC estacionaria y una impresora láser, cámara, micrófono y altavoces para comunicación de voz y video, acceso a Internet de alta velocidad a través de conexión por cable RJ45 (además de conexión gratuita Wi-Fi), conector USB para su uso personal dispositivos. En el baño encontrará una ducha, un bidé y un lavabo. Un secador de pelo también se proporciona, así como toallas y suficiente espacio para sus artículos personales. Espejos móviles ayudarán a conseguir el peinado perfecto. Un teléfono fijo (inalámbrico) está disponible. Los gastos de teléfono NO están incluidos en el precio de la habitación. Gratuita conexión a Internet (Wi-Fi) está disponible en todo el apartamento. No se permite fumar y los animales domésticos. El apartamento está situado en las inmediaciones de la nueva estación central de trenes (5 minutos) y el centro de la ciudad (10 min). Una estación de metro justo en el edificio proporciona acceso a cuatro líneas de tranvía. Esto le da la oportunidad de llegar a todos los lugares de interés turístico y lugares de interés en muy poco tiempo, utilizando la red vienesa de transporte público. En la esquina hay un supermercado, varios restaurantes se pueden encontrar a poca distancia. Hay un garaje público a su coche está en el siguiente cruce. Beautiful, very quiet and light-flooded top floor apartment with very large terrace not far from the underground station U4 Margaretengürtel and underground station U4/U6 Längenfeldgasse (5 minutes walk). Perfect city center location for sightseeing. All hotspots are only 1,2,3 metro stations away. The very famous Vienna Naschmarkt can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, as well as the Mariahilferstraße (very famous shopping street). A supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity.

Very spacious and calm apartment in Ottakring .Quick and practical public transfer to the city center. You can go by bus ,tram or Underground. Various possibilities of shopping are very close like Thaliastrasse, ,Brunnenmarkt. 12 minutes by bus to Spittelberg,Museumsquartier or Ringstrasse . The apartment has a special old charm and my small new balcony is great ! The shower is inside the sleeping room . I `m sure you will enyoy my flat and relax .I want to be helpfull in any way!

My studio apartment fitted with modern kitchen & bathroom, located on the 1st floor (no elevator, 37 stairs) in a typical old Viennese building, in a green residential area & very near the Schönbrunn Palace, and short walking distance to the metro. The modern apartment has good WIFI, equipped kitchen, 24hr hot water, and central heating. Check-in time 15:00-20:00 (3-8pm), late check-in possible if I know and agree it in advance.
