This ranch style house is newly remodeled featuring 3 BR, fully furnished kitchen&2 full bath(the entire house except the basement & garage) Enjoy the wooden scenery on the NEW covered back porch with outdoor seating, gas grill and fire pit to enjoy making s’mores. This house is located in the country outside of Pomeroy, OH. 5 min drive to Fur Peace Ranch, 10 min., to downtown Pomeroy and 20 min to Athens. NO PETS (owner allergy)

The cabin is located on over 300 acres with hiking trails, a large pond, creeks, and rocky outcroppings to explore.
