We had a great family getaway at Ryan's place. Very cozy cabin with lots of fun amenities. We'll stocked kitchen and nice creek sound.

A truly magnificent 4 night stay. The property is down a gravel road a little less than a mile from the main road so it’s very secluded. There’s one smaller Air BNB house about 50 feet away but you’ll barely know they’re there. The deck is huge, the view from inside and outside spectacular, the 2 bathrooms and beds luxurious, jacuzzi clean and easy to use, and the gas fire table a nice touch. There are many little thoughtful touches the brothers thought of to make the place modern and inviting. You’ll love it. Local notes: check out the Appalachian Bee store just a few miles away. Tons of amazing bee products you never knew you needed and the owner lady is a wellspring of interesting knowledge. Also, there’s a farm about 10 miles away where you can interact closely with exotic animals like sloths and kangaroos. Trail-wise, in addition to Benton Falls try the hidden (and closer) Scenic Spur trail where you’ll walk along a beautiful creek and end at a pretty waterfall.

Neal's place was as described, a very comfortable place with lots of amenities. Neal in particular was extremely communicative and a consummate host. We enjoyed our stay! The hot tub and pool table were both a big hit. Only two comments I have about the location is that it is on a bit of a windy back road, and that there wasn't a particularly easy place for our dogs to use the bathroom outside. The property slopes off on both sides. I would still recommend for anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable cabin getaway :)

The cabin and surroundings are fantastic. This is a lovely place and very peaceful and relaxing setting. The house and everything were in excellent order. The hosts could not be more accommodating. We enjoyed it very much and will return.

Great little cabin for a lovely getaway! Everything was cozy and felt like home. The town is also a hidden gem that everyone should check out, incredible food and people. it rained for the latter half of our trip but overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful place for solitude and a serene quiet birthday. Amazing views, clean spacious accommodations. Little details matter and they covered them all including labeling the light switches! Loved it all!

This place was a great spot just for me and my girlfriend. Would def recommend on common back here with a group. Had a spacious living area and balcony to relax. Having a TV and a hot tub outside was a great experience. Place was well put together and organized. I’d recommend bringing a fire starter and extra fire wood for the outside balcony fire pit in case you plan on using it. but the inside one doesn’t need it.

Amazingly peaceful stay at the cutest cabin! I only wish we could have stayed longer. If you hate stairs, this isn’t for you. If you’re into remote, peaceful settings, this place is a gem! 10/10 would stay again!

We had a perfect time everything was up to par and the river was beautiful the view and the rooms was very clean . Everything was just like in the pictures

This cabin was exactly what we needed! It was quiet, secluded without being too far from a store, cute, clean, and comfortable. Our host was super responsive and accommodating, and check in/out was very easy. We are very happy with our stay and would happily stay again if we are in the area.

Beautiful location. The house was spotless and the most well stocked kitchen we have ever experienced. Excellent game room and the nerf guns were so fun! Great family trip. Excellent place to stay, so peaceful and spacious. Rained while we were there and kids loved that we could be on the deck making smores while enjoying the rain.

A peaceful and private countryside escape just minutes from Ooltewah! This stay was everything we hoped for—quiet, charming, and full of character. Cynthia was incredibly accommodating, even with our last-minute booking. If you’re looking for an authentic Tennessee homestead experience, this is it. The goats (and their loyal guard dog, Sampson) were an absolute delight—feeding them treats was such a fun touch. One of our favorite memories was watching our daughter on the big tree swing and our dog exploring the fenced yard as the sun set. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing place to stay. The views were incredible which included each morning and towards sundown seeing wild life through out your stay. The host was super communicative and checked in on us the first night of our stay. Basically letting us know if we need anything or have any questions the door is always open. Loved how there were instruction guides or manuals for everything! This includes nearby restaurants, shops, attractions, etc. The cabin was beautiful and super clean. Super spacious for a large family to feel comfortable in. Would definitely re book and stay here again 😀

Breathe taking! Disconnecting from everyone and everything is exactly what may family I needed, but didn't truly know. Waking up and begin able to take in the the sounds of nature and the beautiful creek was the complete package. This was my best Birthday Celebrate and our 1st experience in a cabin! Thank you again for opening your home to us. Everything you could imagine of needing was available right in this cabin. From kitchen necessities to swimming equipment. This beautiful cabin was perfect for a large family! The view was incredible and the environment was welcoming and very clean! We especially loved the thoughtfulness of the s’mores kit for the kids! Russell was very prompt in responding and making sure we had all the details for our stay! The local grocery mart is about an hour away, so it was helpful he noted that in the description so we could stop and get all of our groceries before heading to the cabin. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, a clean hot tub, board games and a large dining table that the entire family could enjoy. The dock and kayaks were in great shape, great fun to fish! We look forward to visiting this home again. Highly recommend!!

Great cabin. We had a very relaxing stay

The place was great! And the snack basket upon arrival was wonderful after a looong drive!! Everything was great! Really appreciated the clean hot shower after our day of driving! Tim responded very quickly with our questions and was very helpful!! Will be back!

What a wonderful place! Newer amenities, great space, clean, comfy beds, responsive host and parking for a boat & 2 trucks wasn’t an issue.

This is the perfect place for much needed isolation time with family and then a day with just the dog 😆 The house is beautiful and instantly feels like home. The host was very kind, helpful, went well out of her way to be accommodating and fast responses to all questions. Thank you so very much for letting my family use your home.

This was a nice cabin with plenty of space! We enjoyed staying here while in the area for work and having a roomy kitchen to cook our meals in. We'd definitely stay here again—especially during sandhill crane season with the Hiwassee Refuge right at your backdoor. Don't miss walking down to the water right after the sun comes up—it's magical with the early-morning fog.

We stayed here for the first time with our horses and dogs. Everything was ready and waiting for us when we got there. It was close to the highway so easy access on and off as we travel from Pennsylvania to Florida yearly. She has a beautiful place And we’ve never felt so rested and ready to take on the next day of driving as we did here.
