Wohnhaus: Großer Wohnbereich, Lehmofen, Sauna, Esstisch, Kücheninsel sowie Terrasse und Garten. Der Ort erinnert an die Ostsee, wie wir sie auf Usedom von früher kennen: Hoher Buchenwald, wenig Menschen, keine Autos in der Nähe des Strandes – und die Ostsee ohne Promenade und Spektakel.

Der Bahnhof für den direkten Weg auf die Insel Usedom, nach Greifswald oder Stralsund ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Auch mit dem Auto seid ihr schnell an den gewünschten Orten.
