Eagle Harbor Cottage Loft has glimpses of the Lake from the Loft! It is a renovated, lake-themed apartment/loft (above detached garage) nestled in the woods behind the owner’s main house. Guests have a private entrance and guest parking space. Guests have access to private dock next to the Lake to relax and enjoy sunsets. Two bicycles and 2 kayaks are available for guest use as well. We invite you to spend time refreshing and reflecting on the beauty and peacefulness of the woods and lake.

This home is a 3 bedroom duplex, located on the shores of Lake Michigan. It's a 10 minute drive to shopping, movie theater, variety of food choices. It includes use of gas grill, kayaks, canoe, boat, life jackets, yard games, sand box, charcoal grill (you provide charcoal) and weather permitting, nightly bon fires for your enjoyment. Paper products are provided for your convenience but if you use it all, please be prepared to replenish for yourself. This is a smoke free and pet free unit.

There is a fire-pit to relax by and kayaks and a canoe for you to use and spend the day fishing or just enjoying the scenery.

This unique home was built for multi-family living but works great for friends, reunions and more. There is a bonfire area, a large sunroom, three bedrooms, a screened-in porch and two decks with views of forest. The property is within easy driving to Escanaba or the casino in Harris. The area is peaceful, with ample parking, accessible features, in-home laundry and more. The owners are retired and live in the lower level walk out basement below with separate access to the property.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place on Hamilton Lakes. Located about 10 miles from Iron Mountain. House has a wrap around deck, and a walkout basement to the lake. Included are 2 kayaks to use at your leisure. Boat ramp nearby. Please note the cottage sits on a well, so the water has an off smell so shouldn’t be used to drink! The Evergreen Cottage is one of the units at Winding River Cottages on the Menominee. There is one other cottage and one house also on the property. This cottage is directly on the Menominee River, very close to Marinette, WI/ Menominee, MI. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a full kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator, over-the-stove microwave), and a living area with a 50" TV, chair, and leather sofa with a chaise.
