Guests have a private entrance and guest parking space. Guests have access to private dock next to the Lake to relax and enjoy sunsets. Two bicycles and 2 kayaks are available for guest use as well. The Ford River boat launch site is 3.4 miles. Ice fishing is just a walk out onto the lake in the winter. Snowmobiling trails are near by as well.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place on Hamilton Lakes. Located about 10 miles from Iron Mountain. House has a wrap around deck, and a walkout basement to the lake. Included are 2 kayaks to use at your leisure. Boat ramp nearby. Please note the cottage sits on a well, so the water has an off smell so shouldn’t be used to drink! For our summer guests, also keep in mind there is no A/C. Please don’t hesitate to message with any additional questions/requests!

Winding River Cottages-Evergreen Cottage

The Evergreen Cottage is one of the units at Winding River Cottages on the Menominee. There is one other cottage and one house also on the property. This cottage is directly on the Menominee River, very close to Marinette, WI/ Menominee, MI. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a full kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator, over-the-stove microwave), and a living area with a 50" TV, chair, and leather sofa with a chaise.
