Great location! Walking distance to campus and downtown. Spent a wonderful weekend with family visiting my son that goes to UK. Would highly recommend!

My husband, dog, and I enjoyed our 4 nights at Nena's duplex. We liked the location--easy to drive to Frankfort and to nearby distilleries and restaurants. The fenced backyard was great for our dog. This was our first trip to the area, and we liked being in Lawrenceburg.

A horse-lover’s dream stay and immaculately outfitted! When I say this is one of the best AirBnBs I’ve stayed in (after staying in them in 30+ countries), I’m not exaggerating. Not only did it feel like a designer’s home, but we were greeted with a welcome basket with local drinks, snacks, and personalized note; a bathroom with many fluffy towels, complete with fresh toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash, makeup wipes, and floss if you forgot, plus a hairdryer, flat iron AND curler. The kitchen had any appliance you could dream of, plus ground coffee AND pods. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, and linens throughout and the most charming equestrian touches everywhere. Plus the location is incredible with tons of walkable restaurants right next door. Don’t hesitate to book this spot!

Deze in zwart-wit uitgevoerde accomodatie voldeed volledig aan onze verwachting. We hadden de volledige eerste verdieping van het pand ter beschikking. Op loopafstand (ca 15 minuten lopen) van het centrum. En een bierlokaal aan de overkant.

Everything was excellent for the night we stayed. My Mom wanted to "steal" the pillow she used as she thought is was the "best pillow ever". Everything was clean, there was plenty of stocked items like towels, bottled water, small snacks...it was also a short jaunt to the best restaurants in Versailles and only 10 minutes from Keeneland. My only complaint was the stairs, although people with decent knees that didn't walk all day taking photos will have no issue. I found them to be steep, but my 69yo Mom had no issue navigating them! Parking out back is fine and felt quite safe.

For the past two years, I have stayed in multiple short term rental homes in Harrodsburg. Each was very nice. This Harrodsburg home was absolutely perfect!!! Beyond our expectations. No clutter but every possible amenity was available. Well thought out from the perspective of their guests. Deck was solid, clean and comfortable couch and chairs. The hot tub was greatly appreciated after a day of riding horses. The 3 king bedrooms are specious, beds comfortable and updated, spotless bathrooms. Kitchen well stocked and the dining table was perfect for our birthday dinner. Parking and backing out on a busy street were tricky but we made it work with large SUVs. This home is number one on our list for several future bookings this summer. Enjoy and safe travels

We had a great stay at this house! It was clean and spacious and had everything you could ask for. The dock was beautiful and was a perfect spot to hang out at. Would definitely book again when going to Herrington Lake.

This place was truly fantastic—an absolutely beautiful and peaceful farmhouse on a serene horse property. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, and the home was filled with thoughtful extras and stunning decor throughout. While I was there, my father passed away, and the hosts went above and beyond by sending flowers to our family—a gesture I’ll never forget. Their kindness and hospitality far exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in town if it's available.

The back deck is incredible. We didn’t want to leave because it was such a tranquil oasis.

I’m very familiar with the area and love this road that ends at the KY river. This would be a perfect place for people visiting the area for the first time. Feels like you're all alone in the countryside but just down the road from civilization. Beautiful surroundings, 360° around. House was beautiful and perfect for hosting family gatherings. Host is super quick to respond to any questions. We felt generous hospitality for our weekend.

This was our 2nd stay here. Always responsive. Perfect for the Bourbon Trail. Will stay again.

Place was great. Very convenient for any event in downtown (Rupp Arena for us). The traffic on Broadway could be a little loud at times and the bathroom doors creaked very loudly when opening/closing; loud enough to disrupt others sleeping. Otherwise, hard to beat.
