We enjoyed our stay. We liked the location as it was convenient to both UK and the horse park. We loved that there was a bar, a coffee and doughnut shop and a couple of dining options within a block’s walk. The house is super cute and comfortable.

A nice neighborhood ,very walkable , and much to do near by. Many restaurants,coffee shops, shopping,and my wife’s favorite place… Trader Joe’s !!! We will be back if we ever again need a place to stay in Lexington . Thank you !!!

I stayed here with my pre-teen granddaughter while we took on some local attractions. She was charmed by this cute place, as was I. Paige provided oodles of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was super responsive to questions. My dog was safe and secure inside the tall board fence. We enjoyed dog walks around the neighborhood and there are several cute restaurants within a few blocks. The home is located on the corner of one busy street and one quiet street, but the road noise was not noticeable at all at night and we slept great. Parking was easy off the quiet side street and the home felt private from the neighbors. It was too warm to wish to use the outdoor fireplace, but everything was there if we had wished to do so. Should I return to Lexington I would certainly want to stay here again, super place for pets and people!

You will never want to leave but since you do you will be back ! The sound of the creek, birds will soothe you ! The horses on the neighboring property are sweet ! Give this place a try ! My favorite runaway !!

2nd time staying and once again it was great! House is clean, bed is comfortable, and the fenced in backyard was great since we brought our pug with us. Location is great as well! Walkable to the Greyline Station for coffee. Definitely recommend!

A group of friends traveled to Lexington to visit for Keeneland. It was a great time and thankful for the perfect Airbnb to host the reunion.

Better than expected. Fantastic and well-stocked kitchen - everything we needed for a full Thanksgiving feast. So many thoughtful details for a comfortable stay. Hot tub and backyard were awesome. Nice walkable neighborhood. Close to all things horses and handy to downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in town.

Christine's guest home is very unique and cozy space. It is located on a working horse farm and has a big pool and hot tub for guest use. Christine was a very responsive and accommodating host, she was always around and responsive. I travel to the area often to visit family and I will definitely be staying here again!

This a beautiful place! There's horses, trails, the sunset is absolutely amazing and all the stars. Cindy was very nice and responsive. Plus everything is within 10 minutes if you need to buy anything. This is a great getaway!

The place was gorgeous. Loved being near the airport. Being a career long aviation person, it was great. communication was wonderful and host was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions.

Krystin & Brandon’s RV was a perfect place for us to spend the weekend in Lexington to attend a music festival! They were able to help us find and book camp sites, as well as having the camper and camp site completely set up for us before arrival! Krystin and Brandon exceeded our expectations with setup- including table cloths, lounge chairs, outdoor RV rug, etc. being ready for us when we pulled in the spot. The hosts were easy to contact with any questions and responded immediately. They clearly want to make sure you enjoy your time in their RV :) Thanks again! You helped make our weekend extra fun and memorable.

I enjoyed my stay here. Host was very friendly and flexible with my checkin/out. Very private, on the marina, lake view. Small curvy one lane road to get back to it though. The bed could use a new mattress. Otherwise, this place was great! 5 stars would stay again!

We had a great stay at Anessa's lakeside home. Check-in was easy and and the house was exactly as described. A lot of thought went into stocking the home with necessities and extras such as shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, extra propane, extra tooth brushes, etc. We loved taking the golf cart for a couple of spins down the road and lounging in the hot tub and I loved that we were able to bring our dog along. We would absolutely stay here or at another one of Anessa's properties if we visit the area again in the future. Would absolutely recommend this home for a relaxing and peaceful getaway!

Anessa is a great host, very responsive and her listing was everything that you should expect in an Airbnb! Very well stocked and you can tell that she puts a lot of thought into what to provide to assure that you have the best stay possible!

Great stay for a difficult time, we were in town for a funeral. However, being able to have our fur baby (dog) with us during a difficult time in a such a nice place with clean and comfortable amenities made everything better. The house was as described and clean, with a lot of attention to detail and if you're like me who notices everything and appreciates the little details you'll enjoy staying here. For example, fresh new paper towel roll out in packaging along with a new dish sponge, spices, kitchen utensils to cook with and nice toilet paper and Kleenex, not sandpaper. The other thing I really noticed is the home was clean, but did NOT smell like harsh cleaning chemicals or anything, it odor free and very nice. Also enjoyed sitting out on the patio, even in the rain. We would hands down stay at one of her properties if and when we return to the area, as Anessa was very responsive, kind and helpful. Her dedication and appreciation for her guests shows!
