Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.

It is within 200m of Sandymount strand, 100m of Sydney Parade DART station, 10 mins from city centre, 5 mins from RDS & Aviva, Aircoach 701 stops at St Vincents Hospital on Merrion Road. This stop is a 12minute walk to the room. For the tired traveler you'll be right at home in this very quite residential location, that, complemented by black-out blinds will ensure a great night's sleep.

All the Tech companies 5 minutes walk away and you are a 10/15 minute stroll to Temple Bar, Grafton Street,Trinity College and City Centre. We are easy going on check in/out times and will try our best to accommodate you. We also have a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers 🖤

Our en-suite bedroom with private entrance is all yours. It is a bright guest room with your very own bathroom and shower. Our home is located 3 to 4 km south-east of Dublin's city centre. We are 6 min walking distance from the Aviva Stadium and 10 min from RDS. The City Centre is within reach by DART in 13 min. Sandymount is a lovely small village with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, pharmacies and a Tesco supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is reachable in 6 min by foot.

Private one- bedroom garden suite with its own entrance. 5 min walk/ Aviva Stadium 15 min/3 Arena and the RDS. 30 min walk to city centre and accessible by bus, taxi or DART. Though the suite is very private, it is an extension to our residence where we live, so we are nearby to help you with recommendations.
