From the second sack onwards, the cost is €20 per sack. This amount is particularly low and covers exclusively the value of the wood. Έχει επίσης μια κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μπάνιο. Η θέα από τα μπαλκόνια είναι καταπληκτική στο κάστρο του Μυστρα και στην Σπάρτη. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχουν μαγαζιά για καφέ και φαγητό. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.
