Valentina en haar familie zijn zeer gastvrij. De locatie is super als je van landelijke rust houd. Met de trein gemakkelijk naar Bolonga. Ze heeft ons over veel goede tips gegeven.

The apartment is located in a calm neighbourhood, with good bus connections to the centre of Bologna and its train station. The bus stop is just one minute away. It is also possible to walk to Piazza Maggiore/Bologna Centrale, but that's 2 km away so it would take around 25 minutes. The apartment looked modern as it was surely remodelled recently. A/C was available in both rooms and in the living room. It was very much appreciated, and a big selling point for this apartment. A single TV was available in one of the rooms. The balcony was a nice spot to wind down, and the natural light was plenty. We had all the towels and toiletries we needed. The only complaint is that the shower cabin does not have a door and it is small, so it's difficult to not wet the floor or the toilet during a shower. A sliding door would be a good solution given the available space. Otherwise, the bathroom is perfect and very clean, and even a bidet is available. Very happy with this choice for two nights!

La casa di Emiliano risulta esattamente come descritta nell'annuncio, comoda, confortevole e facile da raggiungere. Non è proprio in centro ma ci si arriva tranquillamente a piedi in pochi minuti e nei dintorni è possibile trovare tutti i servizi essenziali. Emiliano si è dimostrato un padrone di casa perfetto, cortese e disponibile, ci ha attesi al nostro arrivo e si è reso disponibile per anticipare l'orario del check out.

Fantastische AirBnB, zeer ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime slaapkamers, keuken met alle voorzieningen en spullen om een eenvoudige pasta maaltijd te maken. Bij goed weer kun je buiten op het terras zitten in de beschikbare (zonne)stoelen. Met de instructies van Isabella was het eenvoudig te vinden. Het lijkt wel een klein kasteel met mooi uitzicht over het riviertje en bergen. Parkeren voor de deur en op loopafstand een klein restaurant. Met de auto 5 minuten naar dorpje met supermarkt en andere restaurants, bars en gelateria. Wel even rijden naar Firenze (90min), Ravenna (75min), Bologna (60 min) en Imola (30min). Echter de wegen zijn rustig en mooi over bergen en passen. De streek was nieuw voor mij, maar ben bijzonder prettig verrast.

The house of Miriam was very good! And also the communication with Miriam and the cooking class was excellent :) Highly recommend!

La Signora Emanuela gentilissima non è stata solo un Host ma molto di più. Un esempio su tutto: ha acquistato i biglietti dei mezzi pubblici. Sempre disponibile fin dalla prenotazione. Eccezionale.

Sehr netter Gastgeber, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft in altem italienischen rustikalen Still. Gibt es alles was man braucht, 1 Stunde mit Auto nach Bologna und Modena, 1,5 bis Ravenna und Burg Canossa. In der Nähe die Käserei mit leckerem Parmesan. Kamin war grossartig, wir haben tolle Abende mit dem Feuer und Filme von Fellini genossen. Im Gasten planen die Gastgeber eine Rekonstruktion , damit er auch den Touristen viel Freunde bereiten kann.

Host molto gentile e disponibile, c'era un piccolo malfunzionamento della TV e ha provveduto a farla sistemare in giornata. Appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario, speriamo di poter alloggiarci di nuovo in una stagione più calda per poter godere appieno del giardino

Wir waren zu viert für eine Übernachtung am Wochenende in der Wohnung von Elena. Diese ist gerade für mehrere Personen ideal, verfügt sie doch über drei Schlaf- und zwei getrennte Badezimmer. Uns allen hat sie sehr gut gefallen, sie ist groß, hell, freundlich, schön eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen und hat einen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne und die Landschaft. Auch im herrlichen großen Garten, inmitten schöner Natur, findet sich ein Bereich wo man gemütlich sitzen und zum Beispiel den Tag fein ausklingen lassen kann. Elena und Michael waren ganz tolle Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei einer Fragestellung haben sie uns hilfreich unterstützt. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich empfehlen.

Fijn en prachtig huis met heerlijk zwembad. Goede host, mooie omgeving. Hele fijne plek om Italië te ontdekken met veel leuke dingen in de buurt en om te ontspannen!

It was an amazing stay in rural Italy! You feel really close to the nature - lots of hiking trails (from easy to difficult) can be found in the area, some of them right near the house. And at least when we stayed there were no tourists in the woods, we were the only ones, plus a few locals. We stayed with our dogs, who enjoyed the large private garden of the house. Marzio and Rebecca gave us many great recommendations, sent us contacts of the restaurants nearby, were instantly available for all questions and - overall - they went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We highly appreciate that! Note also that this house is suitable for remote work - I actually had to work for the whole month, and the Internet connection worked well for me (just make sure you inform the owners in advance, so that they arrange the right package). In the village nearby you can find a really good butcher, and I will highly recommend farmers market in Poretta Terme every Saturday - for vegetables, fruits and the best porchetta we ever tried. There is a lot to see in this area, and of course - there is a lot to eat and to drink! We enjoyed our stay a lot!!!

Ho trascorso una settimana nella casa di Stefano e mi sono trovata ottimamente. Ideale per 2 persone, area tranquilla, casa molto pulita e con l'essenziale per cucinare. Ho trovato anche fette biscottate e marmellate per la colazione. Stefano gentilissimo e molto, molto flessibile con il check-in. La consiglio vivamente, dovessi ritornare a Bologna tornerei sicuramente qui.

Bella casa in quartiere tranquillo bene collegata con i mezzi pubblici.

La casa é in un piccolo borgo di poche case. Divisa su tre piani, con terrazzino delizioso dove facevamo gli aperitivi, scale in legno e parquet rustico a terra. Dentro era fornita veramente di tutto il necessario, compresa biancheria da bagno, letto e cucina. Abbiamo anche approfittato della presenza di una smart tv che abbiamo collegato ai nostri telefoni sfruttando la rete Vodafone, che lì prende benissimo, 5g compreso. Noi eravamo solo in due, quindi abbiamo utilizzato la cameretta al piano intermedio come cabina armadio, super comoda!

Stefania ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und auch ihre Unterkunft ist super. Schöner großer Balkon, sauber umrundet alles was man braucht. Die Gegend ist ruhig, man ist aber in 2 Minuten an der Bushaltestelle und kann mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten an den Rand der Altstadt fahren.

Die schöne grosse Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Sie ist ideal gelegen, um die Stadt zu entdecken. Tolle und nicht nur touristische Gegend mit guten Restaurants und Bars. Mit Kindern auch super, da alles vorhanden. Check-in war persönlich und flexibel. Top! Wir wir würden wiederkommen!

A delightful place in which to spend a few days. Elevated, the views of surrounding rooftops and nearby churches from the windows and the balcony made for relaxing and wonderful evenings watching distant lightening storms and nearby swallows careening around. Fifth floor has its benefits. The apartment was simply furnished but had essentials for the traveller.

sehr schöne saubere und ruhige Wohnung. liegt zentral, wir haben alles zu Fuß unternormmen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was brauchen könnte, besonders in der Küche ist alles drin. Das Bett ist groß und gemütlch. Das Bad ist praktisch, der Wohnbereich bequem mit Sofa. Auf der Terasse kann man sitzen und Essen, durch Bepflanzung sehr privat. Da der Komplex der Häuser nur mit Schlüssel zu erreichen ist, ist das Quartier sehr sicher. Es gibt nahebei Lebensmittelläden, kleine Restaurants und Busse . Google maps schickt einen komisch von der Hauptstrasse via San Emilia rein, da ist aber kein Durchkommen. Also die Adress über die normal via A.Z. eingeben und auch von der Seite zum Eingang gehen. Dann ist alles sehr unkompliziert, Wir können die Wohnng sehr empfehlen!

Francesco was a wonderful host and very friendly . His apartment was comfortable and we found ourselves feeling at home . I recommend it if you want to be a bit outside the center but still close.
