Our family really enjoyed the location of Serena’s apartment. Very walkable to many attractions and accessible to public transport. It’s also nicely decorated and stocked with supplies. Our host was responsive and checked to ensure our stay was comfortable. Unfortunately we did have trouble with the air conditioning. The main floor conditioner worked well and kept downstairs cool. There is a split in each bedroom, neither were functional due to the electrical panel tripping after a minute or two. Serena sent an electrician out the second day (we appreciated her quick response) which fixed the electrical issue however the upstairs stayed hot for our second night as well. An important note is that the apartment is 4 floors up and there is no elevator. I assume this is common in Florence! Overall we loved the location and enjoyed our stay!

Our two-week stay was utterly enchanting. As we celebrated our thirty-year wedding anniversary and explored Italy for the first time, this property stood out as our clear favorite, with everything meeting our expectations. I felt extremely comfortable and at ease, much like being at home. The amenities were outstanding, and we made good use of the hot tub and sauna. The decor was also impressive, showcasing considerable attention to detail. Annie was an exemplary host, always responding promptly to my inquiries and displaying excellent communication skills. I would definitely return to this property, as it greatly enhanced my experience of traveling abroad. I also highly recommend Annie's property to others. The availability of laundry facilities was another significant advantage, particularly during the midpoint of our vacation. My memories of Florence are inextricably linked to the exceptional experience I had at Annie's property, which was flawless in every respect. Thank you again!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à La Casa Medioevale. L'appartement en rez-de-chaussée est correctement dimensionné pour une famille de 4 personnes. Le terrain et la piscine sont somptueux. La climatisation à 30€ par semaine est un supplément indispensable en été. Filomena, notre hôtesse est disponible, de bons conseils, souriante et sait répondre à nos besoins. Seul bémol, l'accès à la villa par une rue étroite et sinueuse sur 1km. Cela ne nous à toutefois pas handicapé dans nos déplacements quotidiens. La villa offre un panorama d'exception en surplombant la vallée. Idéalement située en Toscane; à 1h00 des villes touristiques (Florence, Pise, Lucques, Sienne)

Location très belle, extrêmement bien placée pour toutes les activités autour. On est en hyper centre donc un peu de bruit la nuit mais c'est normal. Location très propre. on recommande Hôte de plus réactif.

Torre del Barbagianni is so very lovely, the setting is incredibly picturesque and Alessandra was the perfect hostess! From the moment she greeted us we felt right at home. The accommodations were perfect, we had everything we needed for our stay. We were within easy driving distance to the local grocery, restaurants and the train station. Alessandra was always available for assistance, recommendations or friendly conversation, she even brought my wife her own shawl to keep warm with when she saw sitting outside on a chilly evening. That is the level of kindness and thoughtfulness Alessandra provided. Torre del Barbagianni is the perfect homebase for trips to Florence, Lucca and Tuscany. You will not regret booking your stay here with Alessandra!! Perfecto!

It was very spacious and had very comfortable beds. There were no street noises, and the back patio was very charming. We wish we could have used it, but it rained during our stay. It would have been fantastic if the weather had been better.

It was a pleasure staying at this accommodation. Everything was perfect - the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary supplies (pots, pans, etc.), and the entire place was spotlessly clean. The garden deserves special mention — it’s absolutely amazing. For those visiting during warmer months, when spending time outdoors is possible, it’s the perfect spot to stay.

Il luogo è molto tranquillo, bello il terrazzo, che offre una rilassante vista sui dintorni collinari. Ben fornita la cucina. Bagno spazioso. Nel complesso l'appartamento è molto confortevole. Bisogna però avere l'auto, perché è in una frazione molto piccola.

Das Appartement war sehr, sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und auch das Bad ist sehr schön. Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Samuele hat auf alle Nachrichten schnell geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Den Nachbar hat man ein paar mal gehört , aber das war überhaupt nicht störend. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Bien ubicado. fácil aparcamiento. Conexión wifi débil y mejorable. así como la insonorización. Se podía oir perfectamente la televisión de los vecinos y sus conversaciones por la noche. El apartamento es precioso, aunque con muchas escaleras para subir. las vistas desde el salón son preciosas. Equipamiento fantástico. Baño maravilloso. estancias todas grandes. Samuel fue atento y de gran ayuda en todo momento. Ha sido un placer quedarnos en su casa.

We had a wonderful stay at Maurizio’s apartment. It is spaceous and has everything you may need for your stay (the sauna is just the cherry on top!). The location could not be better - right next to the main square but in a quiet street. Overall a great place to experience San Gimignano!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It felt like being at home as everything was very clean and comfortable. Valentina was a great host as were the staff helping at the building for check in and exit. The apartment was close to a lot of the sites and walkable. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Casa stupende, tenuta molto bene e siamo stati accolti in un modo spettacolare. Spiegazione dei servizi ottima e ci hanno portato anche dei pasticcini, mi sono sentito come in un hotel 5 stelle ma con la privacy di una casa di proprietà. Stiamo già pensando di tornarci, tranquillità e relax sono all'ordine del giorno ed essendo circondati da ulivi e campi si respira anche un'aria pulita. Consigliatissimo e Rossella è stata gentilissima, disponibile e accogliente, meglio di così non si poteva fare. voto 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and private farmhouse in Chianti. The setting is peaceful and scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our group of 10 adults and 4 toddlers were all very comfortably accommodated. Ann and Maurizio were exceptional hosts—their attention to detail really made the stay special. From the cozy rooms to the thoughtfully arranged common areas, everything was just right. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, which made cooking for our large group a breeze. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the charm of the Tuscan countryside in a quiet and well-cared-for home.

A casa de Veronica é um pedaço do paraíso. Perto de Pescia e, portanto, com acesso fácil a supermercados, restaurantes e outras comodidades, e ao mesmo tempo imersa nas colinas da Suíça pesciana, uma região de uma beleza ímpar e cercada por inúmeras cidadezinhas medievais que são um deleite de tão lindas e conservadas. Uma estadia inesquecível. A casa é muito confortável, roupas de cama e banho de algodão e muita qualidade. Super bem equipada, com banheiro completo, inclusive com chuveiro bom. Vale muito a visita.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders der wirklich große Pool und der sehr saubere Wellnessbereich sind hervorzuheben. Luciano und seine Familie waren sehr hilfreich und immer zugegen wenn man was braucht. Der Ausblick über das Val‘d‘Arno ist ein Traum und in 20 Min. Ist man in Arezzo. Auf eines möchte ich hinweisen: Die Betten sind in Top-Qualität und die Matratzen sind sehr fest. Wenn jemand weiche Boxspringbetten bevorzugt, könnten sie zu hart erscheinen. Das soll jetzt keine Kritik sein, nur ein Hinweis. Uns hat es sonst an nichts gefehlt (außer an besserem Wetter) und können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Grazie mille é distinti saluti!

We had a great time at the villa. The pool was huge, and the villa itself exceeded expectations as the photos did not do it justice. We loved walking to the local bar in the morning to get coffee and pastries. And Fransisco had great recommendations for restaurants nearby.

We have spent wonderful week this summer in Willa Elena. 3 families with kids. Willa is huge 900 m2, so we had very comfortable conditions. Perfect location, and beautiful place. Elena hosted us with a true kindness. We like Elena’s’ wine, and our kids love their horses. I would recommend this Willa to big groups looking for comfortable conditions in Tuscany.

After 8 hours of delay with our flight we arrived in the middle of the night at 2:15am. Nevertheless, Luciano and his daughter were there for us to help us with checkin. The house is super well equiped and everything is there for a great holiday. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, ping pong table and beautiful garden. The surroundings and view are spectacular. Communication wiith Luciano was a pleasure and super helpful and responsive. We are thankful to have visited this unique place. Thank you Luciano for welcoming us.
