Pros: Location is EVERYTHING!!! Only 1 block away from the beach. There’s a convenient small market across the street, and lots of food options within walking distance. The property was cute felt like your own little tropical oasis! The pool is magnificent! You do share it but it didn’t bother me. Loved having our own private hot tub, a grill and nice patio area, make sure you bring bug spray, the mosquitoes will get you! Bed is comfortable, nice spacious shower. Beach chairs were provided for guests use which was nice! Cons: The couch wasn’t as comfortable. The place could use a better clean, most dishes I used were dirty so I had to re wash everything, and Some beach towels had stains. Would have been extremely useful if we had a laundry basket or hamper available to use. Overall, I would definitely come back again! Host was extremely responsive and helpful, addressed all my concerns & questions. Definitely book it!

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

My sister and I stayed here for a friend's wedding so it was perfect for the 2 of us. Balcony had a lovely view of the ocean. Living room area was roomy for lounging (we didn't watch TV). Bed was comfortable and bedroom has very blackout curtains. There are closets in the bedroom and living room area, so plenty of room to store clothes. We didn't use the kitchen other than making coffee and using the fridge - but its a full kitchen if you need it. The Marenas Resort has a pool, jacuzzi, and access to the beach with their own patio chairs. We only used the jacuzzi since it was cold that weekend :(. Location of Marenas is along a busy street with many other high-rise condos/hotels. Easy to walk to the Publix and other restaurants on Collins Ave (5 to 15 minutes walk). Maria was very helpful giving us recommendations of places to eat nearby. She was also very responsive when I had questions before and during our stay. Definitely recommend!

We had a great time. Just was t able to cook because of bugs coming out with the weather change. Bed was super comfortable and AC was lovely! Karima was VERY responsive but we misplaced some jackets in her closet and wasn’t able to get them back. Thank you for your hospitality otherwise!!

Beautiful place, perfectly clean and spacious. Waterfall and view of the lake, basketball court and barbecue area were very suitable for us to receive guests in the evening. There is a private beach. Landscape, and very romantic. Very comfortable beds. We are simply delighted. Thank you for the wonderful reception. Thanks allot ❤️❤️❤️☀️

Robyn was definitely the best host we have had so far on Air bnb! She was a proactive communicator, and was very flexible with our check in situation, as we showed up earlier than expected. She made us feel right at home and had a lot of infant supplies for our little one. We will definitely be staying at one of Robyn’s properties again next time we are in the area.

We cannot wait to return to south beach. Everyone had a blast and the rooftop patio is the sweetest thing in the world. Loved how close to the beach it was. We will definitely choose one of frosts locations again. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful condo. We’ll be back for sure!!!!!!

El alojamiento es hermoso, sobre todo para pasar unos días de playa con familia. En mi caso me encontré con un apartamento totalmente equipado, como la cocina, las comodidades, hasta artículos de playa como reposeras, sombrillas y hasta juegos para los niños. Sin duda, volvería a ir.

This place had the best view with a huge balcony. There is so much to do in the area. The beach is walkable. Very clean ! The host was always available for any questions I had. I would recommend !

Un apartamento verdaderamente cómodo, luminoso, con muy buena vista. Amplio, exactamente igual a las fotografías publicadas. Perfectamente equipado con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. El condominio muy grande y también con muy buena infraestructura. Salida cómoda a la playa. Los anfitriones muy atentos, siempre pendientes ante cualquier consulta.

The place was exactly as pictured. There were all the necessary things for the beach. The host was responsive and made check-in/check-out easy. The location was convenient, and a lot of stores and restaurants were nearby. It made dining out super convenient. Overall, a great spot for a short stay — I’d definitely recommend it!

Me and My Wife had an amazing time. Love the area. Very close to the beach. The only thing that we was missing was the pool was closed, but besides that I had an amazing time and the Airbnb was comfortable for two people.

The view. The view. The view. Premium paid versus run of the house booking with Lyfe resort was worth it. Nice unit with wrap around balcony. TV in both living /dining area and bedroom. Nice pool area with plenty of chaise lounges and seating options. Beach with chair service. Valet parking only. Claudia was communicative without being intrusive. Look forward to a future revisit.

Inmejorable ubicación en pleno Oceans Drive con acceso directo a la playa y sin ruido. Me encantó que en el departamento hay tablas, cubetas para jugar en la arena, pelota, toallas, sombrilla y todo para tener un día increible en la playa.

We absolutely love this townhouse! It was neat and clean. The space was appropriate for our girls trip. It is also located near a lot of shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Making it the perfect getaway!

This place is located in my absolute favorite area of South Beach. All of my favorite restaurants are just steps away from local house, and then just a half mile down the road you have Smith and Wolinsky, Joe’s Stone, crab, and Southpoint Park as well! Every time I’m in South Beach I prefer to stay in this area as I always feel safe. There are so many things to do, the walk ability is awesome! Not to mention, Starbucks is only two blocks away! I’m so grateful that this building also has an elevator, as I am a professional photographer, whenever I am in South Beach, I always have Way too much luggage. I have been in situations before where I have had to carry everything up the stairs, so I will definitely be renting Paola’s place again next time I’m in town! It is tiny, but it’s worth every penny. Thanks Paola!

Our family of 4 (2, 7yr old kids) and my parents stayed for a week. Location is amazing, walk right onto the beach, open the doors of the balcony onto the beach. They have boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and kids sand toys, and even beach towels to use. City cleans the beach daily and the neighborhood is quiet, clean, and so peaceful. Lots of space for all of us to stretch out and not be on top of each other but still so close together. Kitchen and living room are huge! Had games for kids. Outdoor dining on deck and patio are amazing. Sitting in the rocking chairs and watching the waves was incredible. Hot tub is secluded but also feels part of the ocean, it was very clean and worked great. Grill worked amazing and we used it a lot. Rocky gave us great welcome packet with local restaurants, things to do with the kids, and clear check in and check out process. Rocky was incredibly accommodating in early check in and later check out. A vaca we will never forget!

The location is perfect—right in the heart of the action, yet offering a serene escape with breathtaking views that we’ll cherish forever. The condo itself is beautifully maintained, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. Claudio and Silvina were exceptional hosts—friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure our experience was top-notch. Their hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We’re already looking forward to returning to this slice of paradise. Highly recommend to anyone seeking an unforgettable Miami Beach getaway!

Todo fue espectacular. El departamento es súper cómodo, muy bien equipado y está ubicado en un lugar excelente. Me sentí como en casa desde el primer momento. ¡Gracias por la hospitalidad y por hacer que mi estadía sea tan placentera! Tiene equipo de playa para 6 personas, dos baños super cómodos, las habitaciones son amplias y las camas divinas, mis felicitaciones para como tienen el departamento, es muy estético. Le doy un 100 de 100 🙌🏻☀️🥰 vamos a volver!

We loved our stay here. It was in an amazing location as you could walk everywhere and the beach was so close! The rooftop pool and restaurant was also an amazing amenity. As 3 girls we felt very safe and comfortable staying here also. The front desk was so helpful on our last day as we had a late flight but checkout was early, so they held our bags and gave us access to the pool for the rest of the day! Very welcoming and would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
