Todo fue excelente, la comunicación, el check in y el lugar es exacto como las fotos. Solo tener en cuenta que al final de la estancia hay que pagar el consumo de energía eléctrica usada.

Lugar CÉNTRICO y muy tranquilo para estar en Punta Cana,lo recomiendo 100%, es como estar en casa con todas las comodidades .

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cette location à proximité de la plage. Le host était très attentif et chaleureux, ce que j'ai énormément apprécié. J'ai aimé la tranquillité de l'endroit, ce qui m’a permis de bien me détendre. La location était propre, bien équipée, et les services accessibles et pratiques. Barbara fue muy atenta, nos dio recomendaciones importantes de la zona, mapas y el apartamento está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, fue cómoda nuestra estadía y tenía accesorios que no estaban publicados que son agradables contar con ellos. Lo recomendaría perfectamente.

Marnic was the best Air Bnb host that I've ever had. He was super responsive, he held great conversation, and his recommendations were invaluable during the time that I was in Punta Cana. The Air Bnb is centrally located within a residential neighborhood which is an easy walk from several restaurants and businesses. As a helpful tip, when I booked my tours and excursions, I had them pick me up at "Hotel Marimba Punta Cana" which was a nine minute walk up the hill. It was super accessible from the Air Bnb. When I first arrived, my taxi driver unfortunately dropped me off at the wrong location. Marnic was so caring and proactive that he picked me up right away! The Air Bnb was super clean, centrally located, and the host Marnic goes above and beyond to make the stay great. Don't hesitate, just book!

Harold’s place was beautiful well decorated. Go see it for yourself! It is an amazing place. Harold and Israel were very responsive and made themselves available. I already want to go back to it 😁 Thanks Harold for an amazing stay!!

5 stars all around. It was a one minute walk to the beach and a couple minute walk to multiple restaurants and shops. Julie and Caren are excellent hosts - booked excursions and transfers for us, responded in minutes any question we had, and were extremely helpful during our entire family vacation. Can't go wrong booking with Julie and Caren.

Was a very good stay, it’s very peaceful and the apartment is modern and nice. Very helpful persons live around to help if you can’t find it on your own. Gated as well . Host was very respectful and very helpful did his best in resolving any issues that arose

We all loved our stay, the apartments are beautiful. Up to date entertainment. There were lots of thoughtful bits to help make our stay even better like foldable chairs to take to the beach which is like a minute walk a at if that. The security staff were super helpful and friendly also like Romone so helpful. I would definitely stay here again. No complaints at all.

Excelente lugar, todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado, tenía todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable, Yairen fue muy amable, siempre pendiente a nuestra estadía, algo excelente es que nos permitió realizar el checking más temprano, y nos dió instrucciones claras. El residencial muy lindo y tranquilo. La ubicación súper facil de llegar. Sin lugar a dudas, lo recomiendo al 100%.

Es ist eine tolle Unterkunft, die viel Platz und einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt bietet. Das Auto konnte sicher im Innenhof geparkt werden. Vor allem der Außenbereich mit Pool war toll und es gab die Möglichkeit, zu grillen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, was auch an der guten Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin lag.

We enjoyed spending our stay in this cozy apartment, it is the same as it is in the photo and in the description, it was clean, the guest answered us at all times and they received us with snacks and water. I recommend it.
