'The Grange' has its very own private 34 ft heated swimming pool (year round) in the garden only a minute's walk from the house. Guests are welcome to swim as much as they like! Year round water temp 28 degrees. On a third of a mile long private driveway. A huge garden including a mature orchard, outdoor decked dining area, patio seating area and firepit grill. Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

This unique rustic Log Cabin is the perfect place to get away from everyday life. Within the property there is a large open-plan kitchen/living area with bifold doors looking out over the surrounding views. Following on from the living space you'll find yourself in the cosy bedroom with a super king size bed. Stepping outside there is a private hot tub, sun loungers, BBQ and fully fenced garden. After a day’s adventures what could be nicer than stargazing from the hot tub.

The Cider Barn, a piece of our 17th Century Devon farm. This beautiful space provides spacious self-catering accommodation for up to 6 people. Its a fantastic place to relax, and visit local attractions like Dartmoor. Unwind in a private wood fired hot tub gazing out onto the idyllic countryside. Home grown eggs, chicken and beef for sale. We have a pizza oven to rent and a charcoal bbq. Dogs very welcome, however they must be kept off soft furnishings at all times.
