This was one of the most beautiful houses that I’ve had the pleasure of staying at! The location right on the lake is more than you could ask for alone. My friends and I made some great memories around the fire pit and on the dock swaying on the lake with lots of laughs and just good vibes. I would love to come back in a heartbeat!

Very clean and nice place. Really enjoyed hosting my family here, relatively 20 minutes from major shopping areas. Would recommend.

We had a great time. Beautiful property and perfect location. We traveled into Jim Thorpe (about 10 min drive) for the Fall Foliage Festival and dinner Friday night.

We had an amazing time with the family at Teresa’s beautiful location. The kids had an amazing time in the home and we were all able to enjoy a wonderful weekend. Teresa was absolutely accomadating and helpful with anything asked. She was quick to answer and helped with any questions we had. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone with a big family. Our stay was just what we needed. His home was clean, welcoming and extremely cozy. It had everything we needed and things to keep the kids busy. We got to watch the sunrise right from the dining area which was absolutely breathtaking! We felt right at home while we were there. We are already trying to see when we can go back!

The place was so cozy and perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed fishing in the afternoon and making s’mores by the fire. We will be staying here again. Thanks again for hosting us.

Mary and Teresa's space was a wonderful experience - beautiful, historic home on a beautiful piece of property on the Lake. Mary greeted us and gave us some history which added a personal touch. Very comfortable bed, shower and living room. We were only there for two full days but we took a trip into Jim Thorpe (Mary's suggestion) and it was worth it - happening little town. Not much I can say that hasn't been divulged already in the AirBnb comments - except you will not be disappointed! Also, I'd like to note that my husband and I are avid AirBnBers and find there are two types of hosts that offer their space - those that seem to place profit over people (lacking in connection) and those that seem to like a win-win - Mary and Teresa are definitely the 2nd category! Thank you!

Jenny was an amazing host and her husband Wesley was the cherry on top. Incredibly helpful and hospitable. They even invited me to have thanksgiving dinner with them! So cozy, it feels like a home that’s lived in, not a hotel or a commercial space. It’s a warm and loving HOME.

Staying with alev was great I was in town for work and she made me feel right at home!

We loved our stay at Janice’s lakehouse! The apartment was super homey — we honestly wished we had booked more than just one night. It was simple, clean, and even had some snacks waiting for us, which we really appreciated after our long drive. The patio overlooking the lake was the perfect spot to kick back, order some Doordash, and just relax. Janice was super responsive and made everything really easy. Would definitely come back!

We had a great stay in Jim Thorpe at the Cyclist's Suite. Place was very clean and cozy. You were so close to everything we needed, including the finish line to the Jim Thorpe marathon that my husband ran would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Annmarie’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! The neighborhood was quiet and convenient, a super short drive or ski in to Jack Frost. The bedrooms were very large with plenty of bed space for our trip. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook dinner both nights. We had a wonderful stay!

My stay was amazing! Easy check in and check out. Everything was clean and the place had a lot of basics one would need. Overall had a great experience and would stay here again if I come back to the area.

We had the best ever Polish Family Picnic Re-Union again, in the PL State Park, again staying with Ms. Elwira, Somewhere In Time! Loved this place. Came here to get away and relax for the weekend with my partner and it was amazing. The place is so cute and feels so homey. I love small spaces and the set up of this tiny home is just perfect.

Scott & Joelle’s place was perfect, and exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, comfortable and peaceful. It’s clear that they have gone above and beyond to make it feel like a home away from home. The place is incredibly clean, and well stocked, with a super helpful instruction manual for everything you could think of. The fire pit was set up for us and stocked with plenty of wood, which we really appreciated. They stayed in touch and were very accommodating. We had a truly wonderful stay and hope to return soon! 10/10!!!

This was a trip for me and my friends and it was a perfect little getaway! We’ve gone to other Airbnb’s that have a gated community and this was way easier than any other visit! The home was great! The beds were sooo comfortable, the outdoor grill was easy and ready to use, and the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook! It was unfortunate that the weather was iffy to enjoy the outdoor patio but it was still an enjoyable stay. Overall Wioletta was quick to respond and we appreciated everything!

Our two-night stay was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the directions provided were clear and precise. The location was well-described, highlighting all the amenities available. The backyard was spacious and inviting, while the hot tub was a great addition for relaxation.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Its location is perfect and it’s a quiet place to relax for a weekend. We used the Canoes supplied with the house and got the children out on the water. It’s a lovely place to stay and an attentive host.

Karan was awesome helped with anything and everything I had questions about. Was very informative about the surrounding area and was very quick to answer. Would definitely come back here again next time!!

The place was perfect for our kalahari trip which was 5min away. Perfect location !

The Forest Cottage, hosted by Stella, provided an excellent escape for our family. Although the weather wasn't the best during our stay, we made time to fish, ride paddle boats, greet animals, and make s'mores by a fire pit, all on the property. We even managed to cook a meal and gather around the indoor fireplace with a movie on a cold, rainy evening. The cottage was the perfect size for our party: Three adults, two kids, and a dog. The bedrooms were comfortable, and there was space to stretch out. The area is beautiful and fun to explore from PA to NY to NJ and back within a 30-minute drive. We would love to get back and explore more in more inviting weather. We appreciate Stella's communication and allowing us to stay at her property, which is full of amenities.
