It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

We do want to let you know that on Friday and Saturday this is not a quiet place as it is located over top of a cocktail lounge. Parking is also not included.

Our house is in a great location. Walking distance to Kings University, St Joseph’s Hospital, and grocery stores. We are also a quick 7 dollar cab to Richmond row. We are open to pricing negotiations for a long term stay.
