We enjoyed our stay here. It was in close proximity to the highway and our relatives with lots of local restaurants. The house is spotless and I had no reservations about letting my toddler crawl around. The kitchen was well stocked and even had an airfryer! Bathrooms had plenty of towels and the access to laundry was great. Danielle went above and beyond by making sure we had a few things on the premise for our toddler. On a side note, I highly recommend a walk to the beach (even in November).

We had a great stay at this cottage- it was a perfect size for our family and was extremely clean, warm and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the quick walk to the beach, and proximity to town. Hosts were very friendly and responsive but never intrusive. Would highly recommend.

Margie’s place is an amazing hidden gem. The inside is very clean and comfortable. The outside is an experience of its own. The lake will drop your blood pressure immediately. Gorgeous surroundings. The dogs are friendly and lovable. We will be back! 👍🏼

We absolutely loved this little bungalow and can’t wait to come back! It is so close to the beach and there are a couple restaurants and bars within walking distance. A ton of other restaurants and bars less than a 10 minute drive away. And Trish is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! We chose this Airbnb specifically because it was dog friendly and really wanted to give our oldest girl (13) at least one more beach vacation. Trish was super accommodating with the dogs and the beach was calm and perfect for them.

Unique mid-century mod house design with glass walls viewing the deck & garden, comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen, short safe walk to the beach & nearby playground. Responsive hosts. Pristine bathrooms & plush linens. Sauna! Parents of young children may want to block access to the spiral stairs & loft. Older kids will want to hang out in the cool loft! Also perfect for yoga… Great food & brews at nearby Haywire Burger Bar! We plan to return. Thank you Melissa & Patricia

Cheryl's place was adorable! I felt right at home in the cosy open concept living space. My mom crashed the weekend portion of the trip which was nice. My cat Mushu had a wonderful time and we even went outside. The beach was about a four minute walk for me, and a breathtaking view as you approach. Cheryl had everything necessary and mentioned. Next time I'll be sure to bring coffee filters and sugar. There were unexpected amenities too like paper towels and trash bags, and candles. There were also tons of spare toiletries like shaving cream and shampoo and conditioner and body wash. Thanks again!

Meaghan’s place was everything we needed and more! Loved the views, the waves, the sea breeze, the bird observing, the walks to Grass Island, the together time with family in a quiet, secure & well appointed setting. Meaghan equipped us with everything! She was very responsive to answer questions. This is one of those treasured memories. Can’t wait until we get back again to this special location! Thank you!

We had the pleasure of staying at Alan's place over Labor Day weekend and it did not disappoint. It was a beautiful setting right across from the water with a dock and walking distance to the town beach , where there are also walking paths along the water. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the expansive front porch watching the birds and fishermen. We rented kayaks from the place around the corner. The house is very charming. There are many nooks and crannies to sit and relax and to enjoy the outdoor scenery. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The beds were comfortable with two bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. You can access the house from the back where it is only one step in and you are on the main level of the home which is really upstairs. The kitchen is more than adequate with upgraded appliances. Alan was a perfect host/ always available to answer any questions. We will definitely be back!

We had a fabulous stay at Spencer and Maddie's! Their house is lovely and perfect for a cozy family getaway. We especially loved the kitchen - stocked with all the necessary appliances, the fireplace and a welcoming family room. The house is tucked away in a quiet area, steps away from the beach and a short drive / jogging distance away from Greenport and its lovely cafes, nearby wineries and the beauty of North Fork. We appreciate how friendly, welcoming and responsive Spencer and Maddie were and look forward to coming back!

My stay at Julie’s was wonderful, I was always able to message and get a quick response she was very accommodating. The view was beautiful and felt comfy like home. I will definitely be returning in the summer once it’s warmer !

The place was perfect nice and clean what I like the best is the it was close to the beach to go for a walk.

My stay here was a perfect respite away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Tucked away in the dunes, very short walk to access the beach, quick ride into downtown Montauk, and private. Very beautiful place and I will definitely be back. Thank you again!

The neighborhood was beautiful. We walked out to an island that was only accessible at low tide. Great shared spaces with fun rooms and lovely bedrooms.

Great place ideally located next to town and the view is amazing. highly recommend in particular for short term stay.

This AirBnB was great for our family that was there for a family wedding. The views of the river were beautiful and changed with every level of the decks! Dean was always responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for our lovely stay!!

Do yourself a favor and book this charming cottage if it is available. We came into this weekend needing peace and relaxation and that is exactly what we got. Guilford is an adorable town and we enjoyed exploring it, but honestly, it was the house that was the highlight of our stay. We decided to just stay “home” our last two days and enjoyed the beach area, the fire pit and grilling area and the amazing sunrises every morning on the water. Marie made sure that we felt right at home and the house had every single thing we could possibly need for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at John's place in Old Lyme CT. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the property was beautiful. We enjoyed walking down by the water and watching the stunning sunsets from the living room. It's a wonderful place for a New England getaway.

What a fantastic week!! The sound of the waves was so amazing... and the views were gorgeous no matter the time of day. We loved the various decks to take in the salt air and scenery... and literally being steps from the water was perfect. Kayaking and paddleboarding was a daily event, and long walks along the water during low tide was so relaxing. The home was very comfortable with lots of bedding and towels, and the large kitchen was fun to cook in. The home is very close to man restaurants and seaside walking, and very quiet being located at the end of the street. Plenty of seating (inside and out), and TV's to watch Netflix or catch the news. Kama was very welcoming and texted with updates, and quick to answer a question - the perfect Host!

Wonderful stay! The furnace continued to turn on and off near the master bedroom which is white noise for me however not for my husband. I’m not sure that’s something that can be adjusted!

Excellent location with a private beach, with main bedroom facing east (sunrise) giving beautiful morning light. We travelled with our toddler who had a great time running around the interior, porch and beach. Photos are very accurate. Communication with Carol was great and the house was very clean and fully equipped. Would come back ;)

Beautiful home on the Connecticut river. It is so nicely preserved for a nice balance between historic and modern. Just a few minutes from Chester and lots for cute restaurants and stores. The outside fire pit has the best vibe. The three rooms are all spacious. We were even able to set up a pack and play in one. The historic train the goes by a few times a day is such a treat. Definitely would recommend for a few days away from hectic city life.
