The place was bigger than what I thought it would be. Lots of space in the living/dining area. There is a steep set of stairs to get up into the place so could be a consideration for some. Lovely little house.

This is my 2nd stay here and is always the first place I look into when I visit Somerville or Cambridge. Super close to restaurants, the red line and star market grocery. I definately plan to stay here on future trips to the area.

Lovely cottage surrounded by countryside: there were ducks, wild turkeys, chipmunks and blue jays in the garden. 5 mins drive from the lovely town of Dedham and 30 mins into central Boston. Cottage is small but beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Mark was super helpful.

Woody was an excellent host! Very communicative from the start - no surprises! He prepared a comprehensive info package about the property and surrounding area as well as personal recommendations. While the property was an addition to their home, it was quiet and private. The unit was very comfortable, well-appointed and spotless. The vaulted ceilings with skylights and numerous lg windows (w/blinds) allowed for lots of natural light during the day but privacy at night. Off-street parking and close proximity to public transportation was a huge plus! The neighborhood was extremely vibrant and diverse. There were always teens, couples and families walking about. The "main" street had fun quirky shops and a plethora of dining options (Seafood, Mexican, Thai-Vietnamese, American bistro, pizza, tavern/pub, 2 bakeries and and an AWESOME ice cream shop/breakfast cafe) at all price points. While we were there primarily to see Boston, Jamaica Plain turned out to be the real jewel!

This was a great stay for my family vacation. This 3 bedroom home was perfect for a larger family stay right in the middle of Malden, MA. The area was quiet during the evening and there were many restaurants within walking distance of the home. Only a few complaints: Upon entering the foyer there was an overwhelming smell of fish that had been attempted to be covered by lots of air freshener spray. Once you entered the home the smell went away so it caused no issue to the stay. Our most major complaint was the parking. The host was so gracious in allowing us to have our own parking space in the back of the home marked accordingly, however, if you are not good at backing in you may have some issues. The street is lined on both sides with many cars and it is very narrow to begin with. There are some very steep stairs to get into the home and to reach the 3rd floor so be careful if elderly are staying with you. Overall this was a fantastic stay and we would absolutely stay again!

This is by far the best Airbnb we have ever experienced. The place is beautiful and super comfortable. The hosts were friendly, hospitable and responsive. Every day they provided fresh baked muffins and fresh fruit. They provided a helpful guide to local restaurants. We were able to walk most places easily as the location was very central. I cannot say enough good things about Jim and Donny and their lovely home. If you are going to Melrose or the surrounding area you must stay here!

Stephen and Andreza are fantastic hosts. They were very attentive and always ensured I felt at home and that I was comfortable out in the pool house. They were nothing but pleasant and cordial the whole time and were happy to have long conversations with their guests and share some good stories. Every space was very clean and the amenities were very convenient. The pool house offered unmatched privacy and an overall comfy experience. The out door area was well decorated for the season and I found myself spending several hours relaxing by the fire pit. The neighborhood was quiet and not too far from the main roads, so traveling in the area was easy. The price was much more reasonable than any other nearby location. I will definitely find myself back here and I'm looking forward to then.

This Maynard stay is incredible, definitely one of the best Air BnB stays I have had. The host had thought of everything that one could possibly need. Stocked with all types of device chargers, breakfast and snack items that were great, hygiene products, nice adult beverages and more. We loved the awesome wood burning stove, and it made our stay so peaceful. The host was clear and concise when it came to check-in / check-out. The one bathroom could be tough, but its very doable. Awesome, clean, and friendly homey place! It was confusing when it came to what was compostable to those who aren’t used to it, but we made do!

We had such a wonderful stay at Coby's carriage house. Coby was the ultimate host and can't say enough good things... would definitely recommend staying here if you have plans to travel to the Boston area, excellent location. Linda, Lisa

We stayed at Pleasant HomesZ in the middle of an incredibly cold week in Massachusetts, but the apartment was always cosy and warm. With thermostats in almost every room, we could adjust the temperature to exactly what we wanted. The location was also perfect for our needs. One thing to note is that the dining room table and chairs are bar height - not super tall, but a bit higher than your average dining room set.

We had a great stay at Mia's place in Norwood. My husband and 3 kids all felt welcomed, the place was clean and had everything we needed, extra linens, towels, a stocked kitchen and open space to play and be inside during some rainy weather. The location was perfect for us to get into Boston easily or visit friends and family in surrounding neighborhoods. We would definitely recommend Mia's place to anyone looking for a great, spacious and quiet place to stay!

This is one of the nicest Airbnb apartments we have stayed in. It is perfect for a couple or a couple with a small child. The apartment is filled with sunshine and has a view across to the Prudential and you can even see a bit of ocean. It is breathtaking and unusual to have such a view in Newton. Kitchen was great, space for us to work and hang out. The bed is very comfortable. A great place to stay.

Ben's place is pristine: newly remodeled..new everything! The forest setting is special, peaceful, quiet, private. Ben was quick to respond. He lives in a home adjacent, so when I needed an item, he was right there within 5 minutes. I loved the pretty (real!) plants, the natural light and lighting (it's bright and happy inside). Cool undercabinet lighting. The pillows and beds are comfortable with soft, yet crisp cotton sheets. None of that uggy microfiber for bed linens. There are some great books and fun games in the living area upstairs. This place is a treasure. We will for sure look Ben up next time we come to visit the area. Our stay at Peter’s guest loft was quite comfortable. The loft had plenty of space and a full kitchen and bath. It was a very private space (good for our toddler crying at night!) and easy to get in and out of. Peter provided laundry detergent and dish soap, which was very handy, and the location was really convenient to the center of town. The only drawbacks were that some of the instructions were unclear (wifi not working, the parking area specified in the listing taken up, no actual house number given in the arrival instructions), and that the space itself wasn’t the best kept up (wobbly and kind of disconnected bathroom sink, rusty dish drainer, chipped dishes, lots of cracks in the paint, very strong mildew smell in the entryway). Peter was very responsive throughout the visit, though. We would definitely stay here again.
