Great location, close to stadium and downtown. We arrive late which made it a bit tricky finding the house, but Dasha was very responsive and helped us locate it quickly. Easy, flexible keypad check-in with private entrance. Great space with lots of room and full kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

Wilson was a phenomenal host. A couple friends and I booked a last minute trip to PSU for the weekend and they hooked us up. A very comfortable place to stay with adequate accessories such as extra bathroom supplies, snacks and even a 6 pack in the fridge (over 21 of course). Close enough to the action to have a good time but far enough away to disconnect after you’re done for the day. Couldn’t recommend this place more to a group of people staying for the weekend! My son and I needed a place to stay for his middle school basketball tournament. Mir's apartment was the perfect fit for what we needed. Nice one bedroom loft apartment with couch and my son loved the little cubby hole with mattress under the steps. Very clean and in a quiet location just outside of downtown State College. Mir was very responsive to all my questions and needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place to stay and the owner, David, was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to walk to campus, to the Creamery, through the campus to College Avenue shops, and to various PSU sporting events. Would highly recommend. Thank you David!

We had the most amazing stay for a wedding at the local winery. The space was beautifully decorated with so much thought and care put in to every detail. Checking in and out was a breeze and Joanna was incredibly sweet and helpful. Do not pass up this space if you're in the area. We hope to return sometime soon!

Amy was so thoughtful with all the small amenities she provided, it made us feel right at home. The fireplace was a cozy plus. the place was spacious and so clean and updated.

We loved Alex’s apt so much last year that this was our second time staying there :) It’s so nicely decorated, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need plus a Keurig coffee machine :) Also, the beds are comfortable and so is the sofa in the family room where we relaxed with our sons. It’s also a really quick drive to downtown and PSU. I’d give it 10 stars if I could !! :)

Holly was a wonderful host. The place had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. And you can’t beat the location, literally a 10 second walk to the turn one gate at Port Royal. We had an A+ experience.

Nice little apartment for my son's weekend college tour at PSU. Definitely an off-campus housing with other students living there that added to the vibe that he would get if he ended up coming here. Clean and well appointed. Walking distance to the school and the town. Bonus parking in the basement.

I can't say enough how happy we were to be able to stay here! Enjoyed it so much more than a hotel and felt right at home. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Michelle’s place was exactly what we needed for a quick trip to state college. Everything was private and quiet. We had no complaints and would stay here again!

We couldn't beat the price. It was in a very convenient location. We had grocery stores nearby and beds were comfortable (though short, so a little too shoet for those that are tall). The complex seemed safe.

We stayed here for a weekend while attending the kids state championship, and it was an excellent choice. The place was very clean and well maintained, and we loved the nice patio. It’s conveniently located close to parked and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area.

Brenda and Ken are lovely people. Made us feel very welcome. Very accommodating to our needs. Offered several wonderful breakfast choices (all delicious). Family room with TV for relaxing. Great location to all of State College activities.

Was a little nervous seeing some of the negative reviews but everything was totally fine. Definitely a longer list of instructions than the average airbnb but they were written out clearly and we had no issues finding the place, getting in or with anything during our stay. Wouldn't expect anything crazy from the home, but it matches the photos and descriptions, and definitely covers the necessities for a weekend at Penn State. Thanks, Angie!

Clean convenient comfortable peaceful and walkable to campus. I liked the quality shampoo, bottled water, trail mix and popcorn provided. it was a nice touch. Nice espresso machine but the my only disappointment was that the pods were not espresso but a very american version. But very please to find real creamer in the fridge. Very comfy bed.

5 Stars – Amazing Stay with Exceptional Hosts! We had an incredible stay at this Penn State super fan household! From the moment we arrived, William & Family went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was spotless, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. Not only are they die-hard Penn State fans (which made for some great conversations!), but their generosity truly stood out. They provided extras like juice, milk, and muffins—such a kind and unexpected touch. On top of that, their dedication to coaching speaks volumes about the wonderful people they are. If you’re looking for a warm, welcoming stay with fantastic hosts, this is the place! We’d absolutely love to visit again.
