A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. Van Etten Lake Cabin Getaway!

Welcome to our charming 1 bedroom cabin nestled in the tranquil woods right on Van Etten Lake! Our cozy cabin is the perfect retreat for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful getaway! Summer guests will enjoy private access to Van Etten Lake and water for swimming, fishing, or kayaking. In the winter this well insulated, tiny home has radiant heat, as well as the ambience of a woodstove.  Cross country skiing trails are nearby, as well as restaurants and shops!

2 bed/1 bath on the lake Van Ettan. Downstairs is a long term rental. They don't have access to your living area. House completely remodeled last year. 2 bedrooms: one queen bed and one king bed. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A/C in master bedroom. Kitchen has everything you'll need to cook a great meal. Kitchen table is spacious - seats six. TVs in each of the bedrooms and one in the living room. Outdoor deck has seating for 4. Washer/dryer.

Hubbard Lake Heaven w/Lake Access

Relax and enjoy with the whole family at this peaceful lake house with access to beautiful all sports Hubbard Lake. Enjoy the crisp Northern Michigan air with all of the color changes in the fall; ice fishing, sledding, cross country skiing in the winter; boating, fishing, swimming and sunset watching in the spring and summer. House is not on the lake but only a two min walk away. Private dock with stairs into the water included. Serenity awaits!

You’ll love our place because of the outdoors, location, relaxation & quiet. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Please take note of directions to home, sometimes GPS is incorrect. Also, special reminder of drinking water if wanted, as house has well water.
