Architect Designed Eco home is warm, friendly and compact. Two bedrooms both with double beds. The MVHR delivers constant filtered fresh air and the GSHP offers underfloor heating to all areas. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. A unique balcony makes the most of the woodland views. In 5 minutes you can be on the Trans Pennine Trail - excellent for cycling & walking trips. The cottage is 5 minute walk to the local Camra pub (The Huntsman) and The Cottage Bakery just over the road. Excellent speed fibre broadband. Themed rooms due to my big collection of items.

Located in the traditional market town of Penistone, this 3 bedroomed terrace house allows walking access to all the local amenities. The trans-Pennine trail and Penistone Paramount are just around the corner. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with King Size beds and a third with 2 single beds. Downstairs, there is a lounge with a traditional fireplace and a dining room with table to seat six people. There is a downstairs toilet and a bathroom with bath and fitted shower. Parking for 1 car.
