Includes a full kitchen, bathroom, queen bed located in the loft (you must go up narrow steep steps,) convection oven/microwave, induction range, air conditioner, heater, desk, indoor and outdoor shower, and quaint patio. Fast WIFI. The home has both an indoor and outdoor shower and sits directly next to our home with shared parking.

Sweet 1 is in the heart of downtown Ojai~ walking distance to restaurants, trails, breweries, shopping, spas + more. It is a free standing casita on a property with other structures but Sweet 1 is separate and private once you enter through the wooden gate. Our guest love the private patio & unique bathroom! No kitchen, just micro, refrig, coffee, etc
