The apartment is a 10 minutes drive to the Convention Center and 20 minutes to the international airport,. Spaces Typical of Spanish Colonial architecture the apartment spaces include an indoor balcony, perfect for relaxing, and tall ceilings, up to 20 feet high, sporting traditional Ausubo wood beams. Amenities Full kitchen with an industrial stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and dinnerware. The cozy bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, a/c and drawers for storage. Located in Miramar, walking distance to PR Convention Center, T-Mobil District, Restaurants, Hotels , Bars, Supermarkets, Movie Theater, Casino, Marina, Beaches (Condado and Escambron), and Isla Grande Airport. *Please note that there is a Construction next to the building that can be noisy during day time. *Pet allowed with prior consent, $15 extra fee x pet. No cats. *Reservations for two sleeping separately need to add a third guest so sofa bed is prepared. This is to cover our extra costs.

The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.
