Great location to walk along Bay and short walk to get to beach. Clean and well equipped kitchen, baths, living spaces. Bed was the most comfortable ever!! Covered parking in PB is a plus! Neighbors were friendly and quiet. We enjoyed the shared hot tub. Kostas was helpful and had great suggestions for local dining.

I had a wonderful stay! This airbnb is located in a beautiful but quiet neighborhood with street parking always available to find. Bed was extremely comfortable. Location is close to popular parts of San Diego. Host responded quick to any questions I had. There is some active movement upstairs but noise didn’t necessarily bother my stay :) There was active landscaping in the unit next door if you are sensitive to noise but I had otherwise a good time. Lots of amenities available to use!

The place was great! Unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of order that weekend and that was the main reason I had gotten this place haha, but nothing he can do about it. Besides that everything was great!

My fiance and I enjoyed a great bae-Cation this weekend. We enjoyed the amenities in the building and the Gaslamp District was only 15 mins walking distance. He had a spotless place and snacks in the pantry. I also enjoyed the amounts of seasoning & spices you had for cooking.

We had a wonderful stay at Jay’s place! The home was perfect for two adults and one child—very comfortable, spotless, and well-maintained. The beds were cozy, and everything was exactly as described. Located in the beautiful Hillcrest neighborhood, the house offers a peaceful setting while being conveniently close to the San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park. The backyard is spacious and immaculately kept—more than enough room for a one-bedroom home. What truly made this stay exceptional were the hosts. Jay and his partner were incredibly kind and accommodating, even waiting for us when we arrived late around 9:00 p.m. We were warmly welcomed with a lovely note and some freshly baked treats, which was such a thoughtful touch. This has been one of our best Airbnb experiences, and we would absolutely love to stay here again when visiting San Diego. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time staying here. Amir provided us with plenty of information that made checking in and out so easy. The place itself was safe, clean, comfortable, and super cute. The best part was the location. Our group went to a concert and wandered around the city and our Uber’s were less than $15 just because the location was so good. 10/10 would love to stay here again!!!!

Diana was a wonderful host. She went above and beyond for us. The house is beautiful. It was perfect for our group of 10 including 4 young kids. They have all the essential baby amenities like crib, high chair and gates. House was spacious and little ones had lots of room to run around walkable to the beach and local cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Tara was a very kind a responsive host. The home had the perfect amount of space for my family . Eating breakfast in the backyard was very relaxing. The bed was very comfortable which was a big plus for tired parents traveling.

Tasteful decor, lots of space for kids to play and plenty of beach equipment. Bamboo grove in the yard really adds to the atmosphere, creaking as it does in the coastal wind. Was a great base to chill out at with family and to explore beaches, the zoo, and the city from.

Another amazing stay here! The hosts are SUPER friendly, really easy to work with and the place is absolutely perfect! It's really clean, decorated beautifully, quiet, cozy and the patio upstairs is STUNNING!

Our stay was amazing! Anita was very responsive to our questions and needs. The house was less than half an hour from all our destinations for our family trip. It was also a great house to wind down as a family after the days activities.

Had a great stay for a few nights while visiting San Diego. Was nice to walk to restaurants and stay in the neighborhood - the Ramen/Sushi place a block away was excellent! Very comfortable bed and the space felt like there was room for us all to spread out and still be together. Thanks!

Gabe’s place was just right for my husband’s and my visit to San Diego for a few days. Comfy bed and clean well kept apartment conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. We could walk to the grocery store and the bus to downtown was 2 blocks away.

Wir waren ohne Mietwagen unterwegs, man kann vieles mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen, nahe der Unterkunft tolle Restaurants und Geschäfte, es war ein rundum toller Aufenthalt immer wieder gerne. Danke Jenny Volker aus Germany

This place is a gem. Not even a block from the beach! You can hear it, see it, feel it. It’s in a quieter, nicer stretch too, which made all the difference. The Airbnb had everything we needed, and the EV charger was a game-changer for our trip. Clean, convenient, and well-equipped. We’ll definitely be back soon.

Stayed 4 nights with my partner and toddler and what a great place and hosts! By far the friendliest and most accommodating. Natasha made us feel right at home, ensuring we had everything we needed before check-in. Stellar communication during our stay and very responsive. The extra toilet paper and paper towels left on the doorstep helped to spot the apt too! We really appreciated the flexibility with our reservation. Asked for a late check out as our flight wasn't until 4 and Natasha was glad to help. This saved hours in the airport but most notably my son was able to finish napping which set us up for success on the way home. This stay felt more like house sitting for family/friends than a typical Airbnb. Only issue was trying to come/go with a stroller...didn't see a ramp or entrance without stairs, probably just overlooked it. Neighborhood is very walkable w/ lots to explore. Our last stop was the farmers market which was excellent too! Definitely recommend and would stay again!!!

Well appointed, with everything you could need in a beautiful, contemporary space! The building is quiet; there are many restaurants, bars and specialty food & grocery stores nearby. Lauren and Sylvain’s apartment is lovely and they are exceptional hosts. They are very responsive and flexible. Our flight was almost 5 hours late, but Sylvain was there, waiting to great us and show us around. After a long day of travel, it was so nice to not have to worry about keys, passcodes or lock boxes! Public transportation just down the block takes you anywhere…Balboa Park, little Italy and all the sites. The ferry to Coronado is a 10 min walk. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

The condo was very functional and we appreciated the views of the water , sunsets and sunrises . Location could not be better - staring at the bay from the balcony and a short 200 yards walk across to the ocean with its beaches and walkable breaker wall path that goes for miles . Lots of local restaurants in area and a $20 Uber ride to the rest of the Burroughs . So many great places to see . We enjoyed the Hop on/off that provided great insights into the history of San Diego , California's first city . We travelled the One Day Coastal Road Trip listed on the website. Make sure you stop at "Oscars Mexican Seafood" taco shop ( take out) . Beautiful vistas at La Jolla shores and Torrey Pines . Spend the $15 to drive up to the top of Torrey Pines and start your hike, walking the 1.5 mile hill will ruin your life lol. Favorite restaurant was "Butchers Cut" in Gaslamp , had the couples night 32oz Tomahawk . So much to do , so little time . Thanks Mike for being a great host .
