Conveniently near a bus stop & only 5 minute drive to a commuter train station connecting you to downtown Vancouver. With one queen size bed & full size sofa bed the suite sleeps 4 comfortably. Enjoy a private entrance and self-contained space with your own outdoor space in our peaceful and enclosed backyard. The suite was renovated in 2024 with a small but full kitchen including a full sized oven and microwave. The back of the house is South facing so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The suite has one bedroom with a new queen sized bed and wardrobe, a futon, and washer & dryer in the bathroom.

High ceilings, 2 bedrooms, sleeps max 4, close to shopping & amenities. Small pets welcome. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of our resident Deer's, baby fawns, & possibly a Bear grazing in the grass near by. A few minute drive further up the mountain you can find hiking trails or even enjoy fishing on the Fraser River (around the back of the mountain)
