Το σπίτι της Νεκταριας ήταν καλύτερο απο ότι το φανταζομασταν. Οικογένεια των 4 βολευτήκαμε πάρα πολύ καλά και νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μάς!Πολύ όμορφη αυλή με ωραίες λεπτομέρειες και μεράκι με εύκολη πρόσβαση με αυτοκίνητο. Τα πάντα ηταν καθαρά και τακτοποιημενα. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στο νησί.

Muhteşem bir deneyimdi, Çağla Hanım ın ilgisi ve alakası harika. Evde ihtiyacınız olan her şey mevcut, kahve makinesinden çay makinesine..deterjan çeşitlerine.. Hatta bizim için sıfır mutfak bezi ve süngeri bile hazırdı. Sürekli sıcak su mevcuttu, ev köyün içinde komşular çok güleryüzlü, konum olarak bir çok noktanın ortasında yer alıyor. Köy kahvesinde çay içmeden dönmeyin derim.. Evin ahşap olmasından dolayı alt kata biraz ses gidiyor bir de wifi olmasa halimiz perişan olurdu 🤭 telefon çekmiyor köyde.. Her şey için çok teşekkürler bu şahane manzarada 3 gün geçirdik ve çok keyif aldık.

Huzurlu sessiz bir mahallede, son derece guleryuzlu, misafirperver ve yardimsever komsularla, her türlü konforu barındıran bu evde gecirdigimiz 5 gunu unutmayacagiz. Umarım tekrar bulusmak mumkun olur. Evsahibimiz Gülay hanıma cok cok tesekkur ediyoruz. Ayvalık'a ilk gelisimizdi ancak son olmayacağı kesin.

Ev temiz ve tam merkezde her yere yakındı. otopark sorunu yoktu evin önünde ki sokağa her zaman park edebildik. Banu hanımım ilgisi için teşekkürler

Well… how can one start … I had the best time and experience staying in Antonaras & Dimitris’ house. Dimitris met me when I came with the taxi at midnight and showed me inside, and was always (always!) available for me and my needs. I found myself extending stay 4 times and I enjoyed the stay to the outmost extent. I felt at home, it was perfect for me and my usage. I had a motorcycle so going down and up in the village was super easy. Dimitris treated me like his son and was super attentive to me whenever I needed him. I will definitely come back to stay with Antonaras and Dimitris.

Loved the spot, very quiet and yet minutes from everything one would need. The town is so lovely with several nice restaurants and a wonderful GeoPark to visit. Host was always available and responsive. Would definitely recommend

Eda hanımın hızlı dönüşlerinden ve ev sahibeliğinden gayet memnun kaldık. Onunda bilgisi olmayan bir durum oluşmuştu fakat bayram sabahı olmasına rağmen olumsuzluğu hemen hallettirdi. Evde hertürlü mutfak ve ev eşyası bulunuyordu. Sadece valiz alıp gelmelik bir ortam vardı. Site içi olmasından dolayı çok sakin ve dingin bir ortamdı. Sundurmasında güzel akşam yemeği ve sabah kahvaltısı yaptık. Çocuklu aileler içinde çocuklarını rahatlıkla yalnız bırakıp kafa dinlemelik bir ortam . Kısacası mükemmel bir ortam ve ev sahibesi. Havalar ısınınca tekrar görüşmek üzere Eda Hanım

A bit hard to find but as soon as we got there we felt at home. Their welcome was incredible, we got fresh baked biscuits, amazing croquets and fresh figs. The house is nice and clean, 15 minutes away from the beach walking and 15 mins away from Mitimni by car. Is a great spot if you want a calm environment but still close to the touristic places

We stayed at Stratis’ beautiful house in Agios Isidoros, and it was a fantastic experience. The house is stunning, and the neighbors, Our neighbors, Aris and his wife Triantafylia, are wonderful people who helped and guided us throughout our stay. Aris even let us pick fresh vegetables from his garden. Their dogs, Menios and Babinu, are incredibly friendly—I was almost tempted to take Babinu home with me! The house was spotless and well-equipped, with everything we needed. It’s just a 9-minute walk to the beautiful beach and a nearby mini-market. We enjoyed dinner at the tavernas in Plomari almost every night, but it was also great to have the option to cook at home. One of the unique features of the house is the pool, which allowed us to relax anytime during the day. I was tempted not to share all these details to keep this place a secret, but that would be unfair to our kind host. We’ll definitely be back next year!

Fantastic place to stay with the kids. The house is cool and easy to move around, and the swimming pool and garden is perfect for kids. A great place if you just want to kick back and hang around. Best to have a car, it is a great area to explore and nice walking in the hills up towards Olympos and nice beaches if you continue on the small road east.

Hüseyin Bey ve Ramazan Bey benimle ve ailemle çok iyi ilgilendiler. Kendi evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettik. İstediğimiz her malzemeyi ve ev eşyasını getirdiler. Çok kibar insanlardı, kesinlikle bir dahaki sefer çok daha uzun konaklıycaz. Hiç şüphe duymadan konaklanılacak bir muhit. Sarımsaklı sahile yakın,küçükköy çarşısına ise 1-2 dakika.

We stayed at Ioannis' place as a family of five for three nights. It was a very enjoyable and peaceful holiday from start to finish. The villa had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained and we had a lot of fun here. Ioannis's father Yannis is a smiling, sympathetic and friendly person and he helped us in everything. We will miss him. Thank you so much for everything.

Quiet, clean, a beautiful location with the Aegean at your front door. Terra Cotta is located next to a wonderful restaurant, food is delish, and there is a swimming pool to lounge by. A short walk or taxi ride into Molivos. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful! I’d stay there again!

Beautiful place, stunning views, lovely host. Highly recommend if you just want to relax by the pool, enjoy the beautiful view and visit nearby Assos. The place is very well equipped and very tastefully decorated. Kids loved the little cats and pool. Only minor negative is the nearby mosque that goes off at 6am and some construction noise while we were there Sep 2024. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

The host was extremely helpful and responsive, walked us through every moment of our stay and provided suggestions when needed with a very kind approach, the apartment was very clean and cozy and we felt right at home aside from the apartment being so close to the city center and shops which made it easier for as to get around. Would recommend a stay here.

Я в абсолютном восторге от жилья и хозяина. Оно было еще лучше чем на фото в описании. Мы с семьей очень хорошо отдохнули и насладились окрестностями, спасибо большое! В доме вам принадлежит второй этаж и в нем есть все что вам необходимо. Для 5-6 человек идеально. Особенно нас порадовало наполнение кухни — есть все для красивой сервировки, приготовления и больше. Оливковое масло было просто превосходно! Polats очень тщательно подошел к дизайну этого жилья, видно, что вложен кусочек души, это очень приятно. Также можно пользоваться огромной террасой и любоваться садом. Есть гриль и все для гриля, печь с дровами, стол, гамак, лежак и милый пес. Деревня очень милая, по ней можно погулять и насладиться местным колоритом, есть небольшой магазинчик, кафе. Для больших покупок можно отправиться в ближайший город в 10 минутах от жилья. До пляжа спускаться на машине по красивой горной дороге всего 10 минут, вода очень чистая. Мы рады что выбрали это жилье, оно действительно душевное!

Vi bodde en uke i huset og er veldig fornøyde. Huset inneholder det mest nødvendige, og har en grei standard. Beliggenheten er nydelig,- og svært fredelig. Man trenger bil for å komme seg hit, som også er praktisk ved matinnkjøp (Mytilini nærmest). George er en hyggelig vert,- som ga oss nødvendig informasjon og en god innsjekking. I huset ligger også mange bøker/ informasjon om Lesvos, som var nyttig. Vi hadde et veldig flott opphold, og håper vi kan komme tilbake. Tusen takk for oss, George!

Okan Bey ve eşi Özgür Hanım konaklamamızın ilk gününden çıkana kadar çok ilgili ve bizi evimizdeymiş gibi hissetirmek için ellerinden gelen her imkanı sağladılar. Ailece oldukça çok sıcak kanlı ve güler yüzlüydüler. Konaklamamızda dahil olmamasına rağmen, ekstra kahvaltı istediğimizde konaklamamız boyunca bize muhteşem bir kahvaltı masası hazırladılar. Okan Bey daha gelmeden ve ayrılana kadar bize çevreyle ilgili çok güzel yönlendirmeler yaptı. Köydeki ailelerin kendilerine yaptıkları Zeytinyağ,Peynir,Tereyağ gibi doğal ürünleri alabileceğimiz yerleri gösterdi.Küçük kızları Ayşe çok keyifli hoş sohbet ve güleryüzlüydü. İki Köpeğimizle bize evlerini açtıkları için çook teşekkür ediyoruz. Balabanlı'da konaklamak istediğimizde 2.bir evimiz oldu. Bu güzel aileyi her zaman ziyaret edeceğiz.

İlk kurduğumuz iletişimden, son evden çıkıp arabanın kornasına tık tık yapıp ayrıldığımız ana kadar her şey doğru, açık ve samimiydi. Tufan bey ve Yeliz hanıma güler yüzü ve samimiyetlerinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz. Karı koca ve bir buçuk yaşındaki çocuğumuz ile kendi evimizde kalıyormuş gibi hissettiğimiz bir 4 gece geçirdik. Huzurla tercih edebilirsiniz.

Ev sahipleri son derece ilgili, nazik ve yardımsever insanlar. Ev ise fotoğraflarda görüldüğünden bile daha güzel, tiny house olmasına rağmen normal bir evdeki bütün imkanlar mevcut. Ayrıca konum olarak çok sakin ve huzurlu. Hem Assos’a hem de Kaz Dağlarına arabayla 30-40 dakikada ulaşabileceğiniz konumda.

Iakovos was an amazing host and the studio is perfect! Iakovos was very responsive and consistently communicated when there were any updates about my stay. The studio is in the most perfect location, close to everything you could need, and it has all of the appliances you need right there in the apartment. I will surely be recommending this property to any one visiting Mytilini.

Les plus : - Située dans une petite ruelle agréable et calme - Maison propre, intérieur moderne joliment aménagé et bien équipé dans l'ensemble, même s'il manque un étendoir à linge. - Accueil sympathique et flexible. Zeynep est très serviable. Les moins : - Attention pour ceux qui veulent louer l'été : nous n'avons vu de climatisation que dans le salon au rez-de-chaussée, pas dans les chambres. La chambre parentale du deuxième étage sous les toits doit être très chaude - pas gênant au mois d'avril mais peut-être plus en août. - Le parking n'est pas privatif mais dans la rue à 50m. J'ai eu du mal à trouver une place un soir, donc peut-être que c'est plus difficile en été. - Le centre ville d'Ayvalik (le port) est un peu loin à pied et le chemin est peu agréable (grosse route). 5 min en voiture. De même pour les plages qui sont loin d'Ayvalik.
